“Everyone is really friendly and helpful”

At first view hotel appears to need some updating which to be fair it does need some money spending however the cleanliness is very good.Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly.Food quality is very good and the buffet breakfast is a real plus compared to many other breakfast bars in more modern hotel groups I have used when visiting the states.The ambience in the main restuarant at night needs to be brighter to attract more people eating but like I said staff and food were very good.The decoy bar has lots of planned events which can be quite lively and some nights it would be nice just to have a quiet evening for a relaxing drink.Would go back again if I visited that part of America again.

“DREADFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

This has got to be the worst hotel ever, the first room we were given was full of dust and had stains on the sheets, we were shown a different room which was very much the same, we were then given another room on another floor which i can only call ok, the complete hotel is dirty and flithy and needs a total over haul, the breakfast was dreadful, eggs and deep fried bacon which is ok if you dont care about the hygiene as this had what i can only call oil all over it, cereal was fruit loop, i asked if they had anything like some fresh fruit or at least some adult cereal but was told that was all there was in a very rude manner, would have been nice to see at least some yoghurts but also told there was none of these either, so ok if you dont mind not going out for the day. The pool was awful, the water is so mucky that it looked under clorinated, very unhealthy, the key cards they give you keep failing so having to get them to reload several times a day, staff smile a lot but ignore you and dont respond very well, they have a coffee shop which sells all the items which should be provided for breakfast that you can pay for, should not have to when you already paid for breakfast in the price of the hotel though. Staff could do with retraining in manners.
