"The shower didn't work and the bathroom room sick water both sides were cold and the bath tub didn't have a stopper to take a bath and there was no coffee pot or phone and the beds moved when getting on the bed. My mom and I and my fiance were supposed to have a bottom floor and we had to deal with the second floor it was hard to climb up and down the stairs. My mom was on oxygen and she still had to climb up the stairs. The TV's in the room half worked and they didn't really have much of a breakfast to choose from."

"Breakfast was not up to par. Sausage and eggs were cold. No gravy for the biscuits. Paper plates were the flimsiest. I had to use three together so my plate wouldn’t fold up on me. Our room was not touched and we had a three night stay. We mentioned it to the desk clerk and was told we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. She did give us more towels."
