WiFi sucked and the food wasn’t that great except for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious but I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner here. Other than that. The rooms were nice and clean, and staff was very friendly and polite.

The hotel was safe and comfortable. The food was good. The staff was very attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean, but they need updated. The lamps were broken, fabric worn, curtains with tears, the shade in the shower broke. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and comforter were clean and good quality. I would stay again.

The staff r untrained. Language issue. Room design is very inconvenient. Where as the room rent is too high. It’s definitely NOT value for money. Location is also interior with no view.

The stay was great except few things: 1. Shower gels were not filled before assigning the room 2. Room service served warm coffee 3. No Hair Dryer in the room 4. No early check-in for travelers coming from outside and have nowhere to stay

Hotel was ok but they messed up my booking. Tried to put me in a room with 2 single beds but my booking said 1 large bed. They charged me for buffet breakfast yet I checked the booking later and it said it was included in the room.

Horrible experience!! Missed hospitality this time from your chain of branches. Food taste was not up to mark, when ever some one walk in Food Café (BF) employee ask for Room number four to five times don't know what they verify, During mid night they do DRILL at 2.AM (Fire drill), I was doing walk after dinner in Hotel corridor however some one from back ground they shut light...over all experience was not good at all. i paid 40K. Bad experience. (1/5)

I have bought the stay including morning breakfast plan but the manager said, he is giving it for free as such he is doing favours. Also he over charged for extra guests. despite of worst condition of the hotel, expected that they would relax bit but just for 1 day, it costed 12k INR, which is insane. I would never take this hotel and will also inform all my NRI vizag friends the same.

Location is great and it's clean. I guess their central AC is not working, the temperature was set so high all the time. They turn off the light in lobby and hallways in the night time like a cheap motel. It was a very unpleasant experience, I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone!

The hotel has taken funds out prior to our stay and then taken money out during checking in and then at the end as well. They have charged us 3 times for the same stay and are refusing to refund the amounts taken on the 14th October and 17th October. Please be weary of your dealing with this property, they have not even emailed me the invoice after 5 days and constantly ringing them every day.
