Lovely hotel rooms very comfortable, breakfast delicious & plentiful & with Prosecco all included. Staff on reception so helpful & found us somewhere to watch the Liverpool FC match, printed the directions, told us how to get there which was 6 mins walk, rang ahead for us booking a table. Fantastic service.

What a gem. Smaller boutique hotel.l. Corner rooms are amazing. Rooms quiet with zero noise leaks from your neighbours. Small and very comfortable bar. One of the best hotels have ever stayed at! Super location to walk to centre . Rooms superb. Beds heavenly! Dont know why I’m sharing my review as l want to keep this secret to myself. I will be back!!

"This is truly the worst service hotel. The room cleaning was poor, and the breakfast restaurant was the worst. When we ordered breakfast, they delivered it to the wrong place. When we told them it was our order, they denied it. We received our ordered breakfast 40 minutes later. When I tried to make a complaint at the reception, they ignored me, saying they couldn't understand my pronunciation. I even showed them the word 'complaint,' but they just ignored it. I never received a proper apology. When I sent an email complaint, they apologized, but the staff who caused the problem never apologized when they saw us. It is a hotel with the worst service. I don't think I will ever go to a Hilton again."

Great Hilton right downtown
Vienna was pretty cold while we were there. We were there for medical reasons so we spent most of our time in our room. We were upgraded too large suite with icing room, bedroom sitting area and large bath with tower and bathtub. Service was excellent. Everyone was so accommodating. Beds and pillows were excellent! Will go back again. definitely recommend.

Great hotel if you're ok to walk.
Our stay here was great, no real complaints from our family of 6. We had plenty of space, the rooms are nice and the hotel is beautiful. The only thing that kept if from being perfect was the location. I'm sure it's perfect for business travelers but there wasn't a whole lot going on in the immediate vicinity of the hotel as far as shops or restaurants. That being said, nothing was too far of a walk once we were outside. The restaurant was great and we had a wonderful Christmas-night buffet, but it felt overpriced.

Wonderful stay for Xmas
We went to Vienna for Xmas markets and location of hotel was great. Size of room and bathroom were wonderful. We ate at the hotel for breakfast and one dinner. Food was very good and never felt rushed. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is quite beautiful, from the common areas, to the room's view. The room itself is nicely appointed - ours came with the requested rollaway, but there is also a neatt tiny couch for a small kid to nap on. The only area that could have been more useful is another 220v outlet - there is only one around the bed on one side, and I could have used one more.

Amazing hotel, close to Christmas Market and town centre. Hotel itself was very clean smelt like heaven, food lovely . Would definitely stay again.
