Overall, everything was excellent. However, the only not so good was the hard pillows and bed.

An amazing free breakfast buffet. Staff were courteous and professional. Amazing restaurant near by. Shopping mall was right next door with lots of fast food options KFC, McDonalds, Nelly’s Burger Joint, Pizza…etc Grocery store is located in the mall. The last two nights there was girls soccer team staying there otherwise is pretty quiet. The staff assisted us right away when we called to complain. We know it should have been the responsibility of the coaches to make sure girls weren’t running in hallways. Unfortunately, we had to call because they were hanging right outside of our room. I do recommend this hotel and will stay here again on our next visit.

The staff was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is conveniently located minutes away from several important parking lots (one for the old historic town and one for the train station which we used to make a day trip to Padova).

Nice rooms great water pressure and we loved the blackout shutters. The only negative for the hotel is parking is limited.

Ci siamo fermati per una notte in questo hotel residence con poche aspettative e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. La camera era spaziosa e moderna, dotata di tutti i comfort e con doccia a vista. La colazione era ben assortita e con una discreta varietà tra dolce e salato ed inclusa nel soggiorno. La piscina è abbastanza grande e spaziosa, una opzione molto utile per rilassarsi qualche minuto dopo un lungo viaggio. Il personale infine è stato sempre molto gentile e professionale. La soluzione ideale per un soggiorno di una notte ma anche come base per esplorare Vicenza e dintorni.

Adequate but not amazing
I didn't find the Hotel Victoria to be an exceptional place, but it was adequate for our stay. My room was clean and comfortable except that I couldn't make the room cool enough. During these COVID travel times, it would be nice if the hotel staff would have been more helpful in helping us get COVID tests scheduled for our return travel home rather than leaving us to figure it out on our own. Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar.

Perfecto!
I love this hotel. I have been here two weeks awaiting the move in to my home and they are awesome here. The hotel is very clean, the employees are very nice, knowledgeable, kind and accommodating and that breakfast every am is to die for!

Dear Madam, your booking was confirmed and paid for with departure on August 19th. you left your luggage in the room and left without informing us of the need to extend the booking. We had to call you around noon to find out why the baggage was not taken away. If you had informed us in time we would have been happy to find you a room in a nearby hotel...

I cannot fault anything about the physical plant of the hotel; modern, clean, efficient. However, it is next to a large suburban shopping center, so if you're looking for an old world Italian ambience, this is not it. My main problem was the car commute into Vicenza, which was a challenge for anyone not familiar with the city.

Good for transit
The Hotel is far from the city, but close to a shopping mall (nothing special). It’s placed right in front of a petrol station and near the highway. After 8PM there is no possibility for dining around this area on Sunday. The hotel has small rooms and an average breakfast. For the price paid I expected for something more compare with other 4* hotels.

Nice stay, but...
Nice, spacious room. But...TV has very bad signal in some channels. I watch MOTO GP with constant signal interuptions. :( Here and there some issues with cleanliness: some hairs in closet, coffe cups in kitchen were dirrty etc...Breakfast is very basic for a 4* hotel. Otherwise, very friendly, helpful & professional hotel staff, nice clean pool, next to Hotel is big shopping mall....

The hotel is great. The rooms are nice and big. They were recently updated. The pool is very nice. There is a shopping mall next door. Tbe hotel restaurant is amazing.

Fantastic hotel and great location
Amazing room and location. Hotel has an excellent restaurant to dine at. I chose a suite with kitchen and appliances were great for fixing my meal with nearby grocery store. Would definitely recommend hotel for stays and it is a great location.

Great place to stay for a night or a few weeks. The rooms are remodeled and the pool is great. Breakfast is awesome, but of course you'll have to abide by the rules due to COVID. Parking

Staff is Fantastic. Hotel is OK.
The staff at Hotel Victoria is truly wonderful. The location was a bit to far from the city center for us but the assistance of the front desk staff made up for the inconvenience. Best if you have a car to get in and out of the city. There is a bus but it isn't frequent enough to be relied on for easy access.
