Amazing stay! The location was great and the space was perfect for our family of five to fit comfortably. An added bonus was the washer and dryer. There were a lot of steps to the apartment, fine for us but just important to note.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, very spacious and clean rooms. Only negative is that the shower is even smaller than the showers on cruise ships.

Lovely apt in Venice
Great stay here in Venice. Updated, comfortable apartment that is in a great location for seeing all Venice has to offer. Though there are a lot of stairs which is a little challenging with a heavy bag.

Had good time with family, it was little hard to get to property at 1st time. Had to use GPS after water taxi- 45 minutes ride from train station on water taxi cost 80-100 euro.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious, extremely clean, and very well stocked. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay such as breakfast food in the unit and a washer and dryer. Appliances were new and staff was friendly. It was a 10/10.

The manager gave me a 2 bedroom suite as the a/c in the 1 bdrm I reserved wasn’t working—for the same price. There were 2 balconies overlooking a canal and the suite was quite large. This is an old Venetian home-authentic and lovely. We couldn’t have been happier.

Location was great! About a 5 minute walk to Rialto as well as St Marks. Conveniently located between the two. Dock right outside the door for water taxi. Although we were on what had to be the top floor, 68 steps, we didn’t mind. A/C worked great and their was plenty of room for everyone. Good size bedrooms and huge living area. Very friendly and accommodating staff with great communication!!

Amazing sprawling 2 bedroom apt. Much bigger than I expected. I stayed with my husband and 3 young kids. Plenty of space to lounge and rest up for a days tour of Venice! Perfect location only minutes walk to San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. Plenty of options near by to eat and shop. There is also a dock conveniently located right outside the property so it was very easy to get to by water taxi. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Also came with breakfast which was a nice touch. Would def recommend and would def stay here again!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They promptly replied to all of my emails which was very rare in Italy. Very spacious place with laundry, Nespresso machine, etc. I loved it. I’ll absolutely come back on my next trip.

The place is in a perfect location in Rome, easy check in, very nice staff and ROOM for us - my son slept in the living room and my mother and I in the bedroom - it was great to have space, instead of a small hotel room. The room was cleaned everyday and coffee and milk waiting which was fabulous.

Enjoyable Stay
We really enjoyed our stay, we had an apartment for 4 adults on the ground floor with views of the canals. Breakfast and coffee were included which was a lovely touch. The area was quiet and safe and very close to restaurants and bars etc. We were also able to check-in early. Would recommend and stay again.

Great Location, Clean and Quiet.
Casa Foscolo was a wonderful accommodation for us. Check in was easy, the apartment was clean comfortable and spacious. And most importantly the location was fantastic. It was easy to find being 5 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge on the Grand Canal and 7-10 minutes walk to San Marco's square. For my family of 4 it was a decent value and we'd definitely consider it again if visiting Venice.

Wonderful apartment in heart of Venice
Great apartment! Spacious rooms and AMAZING staff! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful! Location is perfect with walking distance to everything! Apartment has one king bed and two twin beds with a futon in second bedroom. Right in a small canal so felt perfect for Venice.

Can not fault Ca'Foscolo in any way our apartment was clean, bright, spacious and comfortable, it had anything you could possibly need even if you decided to self cater. The young lady receptionist was very helpful and polite. Location was possibly the best in Venice OK no great view but 2 minutes from Rialto bridge and 5 minutes from St Marco square. All in all a great place to stay I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of visiting Venice.

Staff was helpful during the whole process. From showing the procedures in how to use their equipment to informing of the different areas that had great food. Furthermore, it’s location is close to a lot of the main attractions in Venice.

A nice sized apartment clean & comfortable. The staff are wonderful!! It was a bit difficult for my husband, with his knee issues, going up all the stairs to our unit. I guess that's why all these Italians are in such good shape.
