Excellent location. It is tricky to find, but once you know - it’s easy. Quiet, but handy for Rialto, and right close to Rialto Mercato, and the waterbus stop. Room was big and so was the bathroom. Room was very clean on arrival, and cleaned daily. Reception isn’t always manned, and we had little interactions with them, but when we did, they were friendly. No breakfast but there’s a delightful restaurant a 30 second walk away that does great breakfast and brunch. No lift, and rooms are all upstairs, so would not be ideal for those not mobile or who can’t take their luggage upstairs. No complaints and I would definitely book this hotel again.

Location was good in terms of proximity to rialto bridge, market, shopping areas. Found the beds too soft and bad for posture/sleep. Air conditioning/fan did not work well.
