This quaint little inn is within walking distance from San Marco square and transportation. The room was charming and the buffet breakfast had many choices. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent directions and suggestions for restaurants.

Amazing location in this great small hotel!
This adorable small hotel near Piazza San Marco has only seven rooms and seems like a hybrid between a B and B and a boutique hotel. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfasts were a wonderful addition. The location was super central and easy to access any part of Venice. Aside from the crowds, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice.

Absolutely charming! Location was a bit hidden but well worth the effort. Staff was lovely and attentive - especially Julia! The only reason I give a 4 is because the shower didn’t drain well and I had to wash my hair a bit at a time.

This property is full of mold. The bathroom walls and ceiling are black. You can see black mold growing on the wallpaper in the room. In addition, the room had a strong smell of perfume or something. I am not sure what they were trying to cover up. My family got sick within 30 min of being in the room. There is no one at the front desk from 8pm to 8am. We called the emergency number posted many times and no one picked up the phone. We ended up leaving early and getting another room for the night. I went back the next day and I was told that they were only required to provide a room, they didn't commit to provide safe and healthy room. I was shocked by this response. I asked locals and I was told that the glowing reviews you seeing are purchased, they are fake and this is not really a hotel as there is no hotel staff for 12 hours a day. In addition, the air condition doesn't work and there is no option to adjust temp in the room. There are many nice hotel around so please stay somewhere else!!! Dimora Marciana is a dump!!! I took pictures of the mold growing all over but Expedia doesn't allow photos to be attached to this review. We posted those pictures on google.

Great Stay Dimora Marciana!
We had such an amazing stay at Dimora Marciana. Everything was picture perfect. The staff was SO helpful leading up to our stay by answering so many questions that we had. They even took the time to help us with providing us so much information about that area once we arrived. They made our feel right at home. We staid in the room that slept four and we had plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is so close to St. Mark's Square as well as many shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend Dimora Marciana for anyone who is traveling to Venice and needs a place to stay. I hope we have the opportunity to return to Venice some day and if we do, we would definitely stay at Dimora Marciana again!
