Probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Location is good thats where it ends. The superior king with balcony is a shocker - concrete bath in the bedroom, chair all tattered and torn, no aircon working which is not too bad until you try to get to sleep. As others have said there are some really noisy people above (we think its a flat) and thry did not stop until 4am. At 7 am they started making noise again. Awful avoid at all costs if you have to go make sure its not room 301. Receptionist rude and uninterested more interested in her phone. No phone in room so make sure you have your clothes at hand at 2 am to go down complain to hotel otherwise they will just say you should have let them know. Given one star because i cant give zero. No support from Expedia either if you have issues you sre on your own.

There was a strong smell in the reception area, as in restroom. Room was clean, had a nice balcony and bed was comfortable but there was a big bathtub right next to the bed kind of weird. The upstairs room had wooden floors sound it little loud, someone kept on walking back and forward till 2:00 am

We had a good time here. Great location for us as we were 2 min away to the Cathedral where we had an event. Room very clean and many food and stores close to the hotel.

The hotel is located in a very quite area of the city center but this is the only positive note about it, the building is old and neglected, there was constantly bad smell walking from the street to inside the reception or the room. The room was peculiar, there was a huge additional shower taking most of the space in the middle of the bedroom, next to the bed and the sink was also located there. The ceiling was squeaking noisily when the people of the above room were walking up and down, waking me up in the middle of the night often. The last but most terrible thing of my stay at the hotel was the rash on my skin carried by little red bloodsucking parasite that were populating the bed. My skin still hitching while I am writing this review!

Good location - Strange hotel, not very clean
The hotel is in a brilliant location and the staff are helpful but the rooms are not too clean, there was fluff and hair on teh floor coming for under the bed, there was a shower in the actual room that didnt work, the shower in the bathroom was grotty and the bathroom door was a wardrobe door on kitchen door hinges - the ceiling was a strange quality of workmanship too. Car park ticket was stamped - the man at the car park ticket had no idea about giving a discount with the stamp we were given - so no discount. Otherwise it was ok but would not stay here again, much cleaner places for the money in the same area.

Booked 2 rooms x 4 adults (2 couples). The pictures of the property & rooms are stunning. Hotel cannot be accessed by a vehicle - so we parked and carried our luggage about 1/2mile. The have discounted parking; but it’s a few miles from the hotel. So, we decided to park in the plaza lot. 1 full Day & night at €20 - which ti me is a bargain! Upon entering, the lobby smelled a little weird. Possibly because the hotel is surrounded by different restaurants. I selected & booked 2 - superior rooms with king or queen bed, private bathroom & terrace/balcony with city view. The room assigned to my parents was beautiful - 12-15ft ceilings; Terrace/Balcony with a nice view; Comfortable, king bed. And quite spacious x an older building. Exactly what I pictured the hotel room to look. However, the room assigned to my husband & I was HORRIBLE! The room was not clean. There was a rug under the full-size bed, that needed to be cleaned or tossed in the garbage. Parts of the floor were concrete - as if the room had not been finished. The open concept bathroom had a curtain instead of a door (weird) & no curtain around the shower… the water went everywhere. No terrace: just a small, pop-up window on the ceiling. No high ceilings: room has a funky shape and I hit my head 2 times when I straighten up. I’m 5’2, so you can imagine the height of the section of ceiling. We felt EXTREMELY disappointed. Especially since we had the other room to compare. We stayed in a broom closet!

Amazing clean room with a huge bed. Towels and toilet paper left in front of the door if you didn't want to have your room cleaned that say.

it's not what you expect from am accomodation, toilet didn't have a door, just a curtain, two showers in the room where it smelled as mould, the walls were dirty and the ceiling was way to low even for a 1,61 m height person. Overall very uncomfortable.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of town. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we were able to get into the room early, which was great. Checkout time was noon, and we were able to leave bags behind reception. The only downside was the size of the room, which was very compact, but ok for one night. However, room was clean and we had our own bathroom, so overall pretty good.

Great location.
This location of the hotel is superb and you are within walking distance of most attractions. We had difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi 80% of our stay. The receptionist was kind and attempted to reset the Wi-Fi twice but it did not help. There are two restaurants located close to the hotel and as Spaniards have their dinner late, it would only be quieter only later into the night. It was not too loud for us, but you are able to hear their conversations.

Awful , I am 65 years old and have traveled the world .Let me stress I am not usually fussy about where I stay. The check in was advertised on your site as 2 p.m. I got in at at 3.15 p.m A tiny room with virtually nowhere to put your stuff. Dreadful soundproofing - the noise from outside went on till 1.30 ish every night. Inside the room I could hear the guests next door - don't think they were loud ,but I could make out virtually everything they said. At times it felt like they were in the same room as me. I asked for a wake up on the day of my departure - staff said they would do this - but it didn't transpire

Stylish hotel and super close to everything so perfect location. The rooms were big but the downsides were that some of the staff couldn’t speak English (I think some were inexperienced or students/on work experience) and struggled to tell us how to get to the beach. Room itself was gray but little things like Mo door handle on the bathroom and the whole bathroom getting wet once you had a shower as the water didn’t drain properly. Beds comfy but you can hear a bit of noise from outside (cathedral bells chiming and noise from the restaurants).

The hotel was in a great location in the old town. Close to monuments, restaurants and bars and transport. The room was interesting! Very small with a low sloping roof and no windows (did have a skylight).

Our shower was not on an angle and did not have a lip. So the water ran everywhere when someone took a shower! When you look all the wooden floor and the sides of the walls are soggy and permanently wet. There was probably mould under there. Yuck. Front desk staff didn't speak a lot of English and weren't overly helpful

The area is superb, but the check in was possibly the slowest I've ever experienced despite my having pre booked. The room were given was double sized as advertised but for some strange reason had x2 double beds leaving no room at all for movement, I wouldn't stay again.

Great two night mini break. Stayed solo but beware there is only a curtain to the bathroom so any big bathroom business would not be very private. Loved the location right behind plaza de la reina a hop skip and a jump from all the major sights in the centre of the old town. Check in staff were friendly. Please note the hotel operates a no frills concept where you purchase or rent extras. No problem but good to know in advance. I read a review and was armed with my own shower cream. The room looked into a light shaft so was quite dark but as I was out the whole day not a problem and it was great for sleeping.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
So the first thing you notice walking in is the incredible stench of waste in the hotel lobby. The smell is unbearable and I thought I was going to vomit - the staff even asked if I was alright. The first room they gave me looked half finished. An attic room with the shower NEXT to the bed (so all the water would run onto it), the toilet covered by a limp curtain, cardboard on the window to cover a broken blind and marks all over the walls. I changed room and this was equally depressing, with a curtain to cover the toilet, no soap in the bathroom, barely enough light to read and walls so thin I could hear my neighbours breathing, never mind having a huge argument as they were. There was no option for breakfast and the wifi was practically non-existent. I work in tourism and have had my fair share of people complaining for no good reason about perfectly fine hotels. I have never done this in my life but physically could not stay in that hotel a second longer and had to leave. The staff, although friendly, told me there was no way to get a refund through them. Frankly I couldn't stand it and just left. Such a disappointment.

Central hotel that did the job!
We used the hotel as an alternative to staying in a hostel for a long weekend. The hotel is very central, not even one minutes walk from Placa de la Reina. Even with its central location the evenings were quiet. The room was very small and did lack furniture. A bedside table/box and a small built-in wardrobe with three coat hangers. We asked for more but were told no! The en-suite shower room was nice with rain style shower head. I do think they forgot that water splashes when they designed it though. You could could hear other guests coming in and out of rooms but generally the room was quiet. We did not have much dealings with the staff. The ones during the day did seem able to speak English which was helpful but that was not an important factor. I'm not sure if the reason I got denied more coat hangers was due to me asking a 2am after a few sangrias! I was also not sure if the interesting night receptionist could understand my request. Overall the hotel worked great as a place to stay but we did not spend any time there.

Nice stay in Valencia.
This was not the best place I stayed at on my travels, but it was definitely amazing for the price we paid. It was really cheap but excellent location and very clean. The bathroom was kind of annoying because the shower didnt have a door, so the entire floor would be flooding by the time you were done your shower. Other than that the bed was super comfy and the room was clean. Not alot of walking space in the room itself (but no one spends that much time in the room anyway). Nice big windows and pretty view of the little street below. Hotel staff didn't always seem interested in our questions, and although the hotel is cheap, even if you want to use the TV you need to pay a deposit for the remote (which was weird - but we didn't care for the TV anyway). Overall it wasn't my favourite place, but it was worth every penny.

Right near Mercado Central
Very near market, old town, nice plaças for strolling and sitting, and most sights. Friendly staff. Parking off-site but not very far. Rooms are small, but newly renovated so clean and fine. Would certainly recommend as a good value.

Very Good Place to See The City Center
The hotel's location is just perfect if you want to see the city center. It is a little bit far from metro station. We tried a little to find the exact location of the hotel for the first time. The stuff was very good. There were no air-conditioning in the room (there was no need when we stayed) but it may be unpleasant in summer or winter.
