Great stay, location is wonderful right in the center of everything. Didn’t care for the breakfast however the complimentary upgrade made up for it. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks for making our time in Zermatt enjoyable

A stunning property, yet essential rest/sleep becomes impossible due to the location's nature. Beautiful hotel, but our stay was a nightmare, marred by constant noise from inside and nearby venues. Staff's lack of information and afterwards indifference to our concerns left a very disappointing impression. Would STAY AWAY from booking here. We later stayed in the Omnia Hotel and the difference was beyond words.

Dear guest,as mentioned upon check out and several email contacts after your stay, we feel sorry you are dissapointed with your stay. We are a nightlife hotel in the buzzing heart of Zermatt with bars and clubs in house and around the hotel. Unfortunately you decided to not accept our solution to move you to a different room away from the street. Off course, you can't compare our Hotel with a 5 star hotel away from the main street, but we think this is a definately a better fit for you.Kind regards

This hotel is a gem! We LOVED it! Great location everything is around it. It looks small but it has many amenities and restaurants and spa inside it. They pick you up from the train station and room is GORGEOUS. Excelente hotel.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Zermatt. We were able to walk to property from train station. The staff was professional and efficient. We stayed in a room facing the street and the noise from the bars was overwhelming. Had a hard time sleeping due to the noise. I would definitely request a room in the back next time. Bed was super comfortable though.

The property is conveniently located. The spa is amazing. The rooms are nice. The location is VERY NOISY with people partying at nearby pubs until 2:30 am every day we were there. No AC meant we wanted the door open. But the noise made it impossible to sleep.

From check-in to check-out everything was wonderful. Staff friendly, location was excellent; walking distance from train station. The free breakfast was a great extra. The hotel smells divine as soon as you walk in the front door. Room was well decorated and comfortable. We got a room with a Matterhorn view which was fabulous to see on a clear day. Would highly recommend.

Modern Rustic Hotel in Perfect Location
Super hotel right on the town square. We were there in Ma and the area was relatively quiet but the hotel service was top notch. The restaurants were fantastic, especially the daily breakfast, and the rooms were chic, the bathrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. And the view from our room was spectacular - see attached picture.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. But the night clubs and bars are extremely loud. Even after switching rooms to the third floor, the live drums were extremely loud until around 2am. If you like to party, maybe its not a problem. But its not a great place for a relaxing stay.

Modern but disappointing
The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it’s in a great location and the spa is included and upscale. A sewer line broke the second day we were there and the smell was almost unbearable. This smell stayed thee remainder of our time there. The heat was controlled externally so we were hot and couldn’t sleep well. We ended up opening a window just to get some relief. The last day the elevator didn’t work so we had to carry luggage down two flights of stairs. The hotel offered no compensation and didn’t apologize. They acted as if the sewer smell was no big deal.

First of all location is perfect,close to train station,restaurants and shopping. Shuttle service is available upon request. Fresh wonderful breakfast is included. And most of all everyone is nice and courteous. Highly recommended,would definitely stay again!

Cannot say enough great things about this property. We will be back!! Marco, Jennifer, Nicole... all of the staff who helped us were incredible. The options available for F&B/entertainment under a single roof... wow... the Live Music (Coco & the Butterfields), cuisine variety, nightlife options, and accessibility to all of Zermatt... amazing. OH... and the Spa!!!!! Hottub, Steam Room, and Sauna were all utilized after a long day of skiing :) Breakfast was included and very generous (mimosas available)

Very bad service
The housekeeping stuff took my medical device for sinuses. Part of it they left in the room but moved from where it was when i left it after using in the morning. And the other part of it disappeared. I couldn't breath through my nose. I was waiting for concierge to look into what happened. I waited for 3 hours and no one even called me back. Horrific.

I loved it here. Friendly and cozy and also hip. Hotel was even more beautiful than the pics. Wish I could move into this place. Right in the heart of town. So cute and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Very nice and centrally located hotel in Zermatt. Hotel staff were great, one of the few who actually walk you to your room, explaining the facilities, the view from balcony and other things. They also allowed us to use the spa room after we check out, which was a plus as we took a shower before our train ride to Bern.

Best Hotel in Zermatt!
We got 2 rooms at Unique Hotel Post - one has had a view of the Matterhorn while the other one didn’t. Rooms were very well decorated. And location can not be beat! Service was wxcellent, too. A shuttle service was made available for us from and to the train station.
