I stayed in room 210. This was a great hotel and I absolutely loved the room! The staff was friendly and helpful! I had a great view of the Matterhorn.

Staff is very generous. We traveled with one year old. They always showed a lot of love and free milk. Owner family personally involved in day to day operations. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely a gem of a place. Our three person room was absolutely gorgeous with skylights that allowed you to see the peak of the Matterhorn and the stars at night from your bed. The room also featured large open air windows and a balcony overlooking the town. Truly the highlight of our 3 week European Vacation.

This was the BEST hotel we have ever stayed at. First of all the VIEWS from our room were like something out of a fairytale. The room was beautiful and each room has a balcony. The property has two restaurants, a bar and the FREE breakfast in the morning was delicious. The spa was incredible. Very easy to walk around from this location as well. Please visit Vanessa in the bar, she is an absolute delight, and one of the nicest people we met on our trip!

Awesome experience especially its our first time in zermatt. Stayed here for 4 nights. Beautiful staff. Cool pool. A grand room in the 4th floor with a long balcony, plus good view. Massage was good too. Outstanding breakfast and dinner. Wow, a great place to be, trust me.

Very cosy room cladded with authentic hand crafted wood everywhere, great Matterhorn view, restaurant serving the best lamb coming from their own local farm, we love it all!

We loved our stay! Alexander checked us in and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our room was lovely wuth a view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast buffet was terrific. We could not sync our phones for music and there were no movies available. Justina gave an amazing sport massage. Would have loved a light over the desk. But, all in we loved it and would stay again.

A 5 star experience
Absolutely could not fault this fabulous hotel. From being picked up form the train station in their electric vehicle, to being checked in by Mr. Julen himself, the staff worked together extremely well to give us an incredible experience in beautiful Zermatt. We stayed in a Matterhorn view room which was beautifully appointed with gorgeous internal wood features and the latest technology, plus a comfy bed. Well located, could walk to the centre of town easily and we loved the rare feature of an internal pool, spa and sauna centre. We loved this hotel and will be back!

Beautiful and charming hotel!
From the moment we were picked up at the train station by the friendly staff to the moment we were dropped back off at the train station was one of the most memorable experiences my wife and I have ever had. We were greeted at the front desk by Bruno, who was very professional, friendly and treated us like honored guests while he showed us our room and explained the hotel amenities and features to us in a very thorough discussion. Our room was spectacular. The view of the Matterhorn out our window was something I'll never forget. The hotel itself is within walking distance of anything and everything you could want to do in Zermatt. Benno at the front desk also helped us decide on which hotel restaurant (there are two on the property) to have our anniversary dinner. His suggestions were spot on (Thanks Benno!) and we had an exceptional dining experience that night. The free breakfast bar in the morning is an amazing assortment of meats, cheeses, eggs, breads and many local foods as well. Everything about this hotel is wonderful and I would highly, highly recommend it to anyone. That staff is phenomenal, the location is ideal and the experience is one we will always cherish!

Wonderful hotel in Zermatt
Perfect location for exploring the village and the mountains. The hotel is a beautiful combination of traditional and modern. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, the food fantastic, and the spa wonderful - especially the pool! Exceptional hotel.
