Overall very good. There were a couple of maintenance issues I raised with our room which unfortunately weren’t resolved during our stay (eg bath plug was not operating so bath could not be filled). There was no follow up on this to keep us informed. There was no turndown service which seemed a bit odd for a 5* hotel. Otherwise, everything was great and it is a lovely hotel.

The regular hotel shuttle to the front de neige and back again is bliss. Extremely helpful driving team. They've created a good balance of luxury and amenability. The spa is splendid and the pool area very pleasant to be around.

Amazing stay, great staff and service. The room was super comfortable and with modern design. Spa and sport facilities were very nice, although the pool temperature could have been a couple of degrees higher.

Just... wow!
Amazing place! The room was spacious, clean and the bed so comfortable ! I could check in earlier than expected and had a great time at the spa. The pool is huge and water was warm. The saunas area is so relaxing . It really is the perfect place for a weekend getaway, highly recommended.

In general, we love the place, but unfortunately two members of the staffs ruined all the pleasure of our stay by simply being incompetent and rude. We loved the modern traditional style of the hotel. The spa allowed us to relax after a long day of ski. The service at the Italian restaurant was outstanding in contrast to our earlier bad experience at the bar. de

Great Hotel but not for halfboard
Great hotel. Very good rooms and spa. Great breakfast. We were nit happy with the service in the restaurants. Too chaotic and not good trained staff, constantly missing something asking again and not corresponding to the price of the restaurant. Next time, we will stay here but eat somewhere else.

Good location, good service and breakfast was very good. Cons, the room had glass wall for the bathroom which made privacy for a family not possible also a mirror was placed within the room to reflect just the shower and bath area to entertain any members that was in your room while you tried to freshen up. Please be aware the rate on Expedia for a family is not captured and you will be paying more.

Great place ! The staff was so helpful.
We wanted to enjoy a quaint swiss town. Wanted to have access to skiing, snow hiking and be able to walk the town. What is great about this hotel it’s in the middle of the little town and there are no cars in the town so you’re able to come right out of the hotel walk to restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly helpful in finding activities and letting us know what is going on in the town. I completely recommend this hotel. Also the breakfast was included in your state it was amazing.

Convenient, classic but with service hiccups
The hotel is a classic Swiss hotel: a bit dated but ultimately comfortable and with all the facilities you need for a good ski holiday. One major flaw that is relevant for that ski holiday: the mini bus used to transport guests to the ski lift (10-15 min walk) is only available Monday-Friday. This is a bit silly if you are there for the weekend, as we were. It's not a major deal but it's certainly annoying to have to walk 15 min on road surface in your full ski gear.

A very pleasant stay at a high quality hotel
The hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful with all elements of the stay. The fantastic swimming pool was an added bonus for the kids to relax after skiing. Breakfast provided a great range of options for all and of high quality. There was a pleasant lounge/bar area to relax in during the afternoon/evenings. Whilst the ski lifts/school were a 5-10min walk away there is a ski bus service. This was however a little limited compared to other hotels ski bus services - esp. at the end of day.

Top class hotel in the heart of Saas-Fe
Great hotel in the heart of Saas-Fe, with shops and ski slopes at walking distance. Super friendly and competent staff. Outstanding and diverse breakfast, excellent wifi and a wonderful spa to relax after a day of skiing, with swimming pool, steam baths, sauna, etc. Large comfortable rooms with great views. Dinner was overpriced.

Best hotel in Saas Fee
This was my sixth stay at the hotel. It is truly the best in the small town of Saas Fee. The rooms are large and well appointed and the staff is extremely courteous. The breakfast is of a very high order in the stylish restaurant

Perfect getaway
We stayed at the FerienArt for 6 nights for a pre-christmas getaway and enjoyed every minute of it. Check-in was efficient and very friendly. All guests are offered a glass of local wine (non-alcoholic alternatives are available) upon arrival. The room (Rainbow double) was very spacious, thought- and tastefully furnished and spotless. The beds are super-comfortable bed with excellent bedding. The hotel's SPA area with pool, various steam baths and saunas was beautiful, well maintained and super clean. We enjoyed two massages, which were both amongst the best we'd ever had (I practice massage therapy myself). Breakfast is served buffet style from 7 until 11:30 - great for those eager to get to the piste as well as for that lazy morning when skiing simply doesn't appeal. Great selection if müesli, fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, fish and hot dishes, everything fresh and tasty. We ate one meal in the in-house Italian restaurant and one 5 course dinner in the main dining room. Both were excellent. The location in the village centre gives easy access to other restaurants and bars, yet it's quiet and tranquil. It's a short walk (10 minutes in skiboots) to the main cable car, but the hotel's and village's electric shuttles are always available. All staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and efficient - we felt truly welcome. Overall, a great place to come for skiing, walking, or just a few days' indulgence. We will definitely be back.

Far too expensive
We have been to this hotel 6 times and unfortunately this will be our last visit. The hotel is definitely a 5 star hotel but a few things have changed this year. They have 3 restaurants the main one giving you 3 choices of starter, mid and main and dessert and cheese, very good. The Italian and Chinese restaurants are excellent but you only have 30 SF per adult and !5 per child towards your meal. Most things on the menu are over 30 SF. We were very disappointed as in previous years we have never had this restriction imposed on us. Great shame. Bar service also not as efficient as it use to be.

Great stay
My stay at Ferienart was excellent and it is somewhere I plan to go back to. The only thing that was negative is the first room I was put in, number 770, was next to a spa pump or generator and the hum the first night was so intense that I couldn't sleep but they moved me the next day. If there hadnt been a spare room, I am not sure what I would have done. Even moving 2 rooms away from the hum, I could still hear it but was not as intense. This they need to do something about and the place would be more than perfect.
