Amazing stay! We did not plan on staying in a hotel for our trip but had an emergency with our RV and needed a place quickly. We needed something that allowed dogs a Great Dane and a Chihuahua that also had a kitchen so we could store our food from our RV. All the staff we encounter were very nice the facility was clean and quiet. The facility is located close to shopping and food. Will definitely book here again if in the area.

We stayed in a suite and it was really nice. The only complaint I have is the shower head in the master bathroom was loose and would fall. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience. Will definitely be my first choice next time we come to Tyler

The breakfast was phenomenal! Not just a continental style but offered hot foods, it was a major plus for us!

Rooms are nice. Personally I don’t like the low toilets. The elevator failed. We were on the for floor, rooms on the 3rd. Two people on walkers. I am using a cane Manager let us have a suite on first floor saying our possessions would be fine we could get them in the morning. One person brought as much down as he could. The next day our cards for downstairs were voided. We had to move everything back upstairs. One of the clerks acted offended that we were upset. We had assumed we could stay on level one. Spent eight nights.

Our staff did the best they could regarding the situation and providing an alternate upgraded room on the first floor for the evening and helping move your items. Unfortunately the first floor rooms were already reserved for that next night which is why we couldn't make the move permanent once the elevator was up. Thank you again for staying with us. We will continue to work hard to improve and provide quality service for our guest.

Thank you for sharing about your experience. We are sorry that your check in experience did not go well. The 150.00 incidental is required for all third party reservations as they are not covered by the 3rd parties. This charge is disclosed under hotel policies on the websites.

Not Good, Too Many Inconsistencies
The drain in the shower forced us to shower with our feet submerged by the shower water. The extra towels received from housekeeping 1 had brown stuff on it & I had wet it & added soap to it before I realized it was dirty. The halls smelled like pets upon arrival 3rd floor. The card key stopped working the night before checkout for the gym. The new card key wouldn't open the gym door & the tv didn't work in the gym when I wantedit on duringmy workout. The rep. at checkout refused to print me out a receipt & told me I could only obtain a copy from the 3rd party hotels.com. and this is the 1st time I was ever told that I could not have a receipt. The 1st rep. at check-in was very accommodating when we arrived. During check-in our rep was a sweetheart. She answered all our questions & made us feel welcome & at home. The lady that filled the items during breakfast on Sunday wasn't pleasant at all. My boyfriend asked for a fork & she just threw them in the bin to fill it up. I asked her about breakfast hours & she looked at me like breakfast was over & it was 8:45 but, they were ransacked from soccer tournament people so they barely filled the food items for the other guests we were not treated with hospitality. She was a little rude when we asked if there was syrup left or other items that were empty. This Staybridge should take lessons from the Staybridge in Folsom, California. They are Excellent!!! Wish I could say the same about this place..

We have addressed the gym issue and resolved them. Because of our contract with the third-party sites like these, we cannot provide a full receipt of your stay as you paid them for the room. The receipt would come from them. We can provide a receipt for anything you paid us directly such as purchases from the pantry as an example. We will continue to work hard to improve and provide quality service for our guest.

The staff was very pleasant, however they were not well informed. Staff had to call management frequently for basic questions. Management said no to all requests (honoring discounts, changing rooms). They did not have basic necessities like toothpaste or shower caps. Towels were dirty (stained, previous users hair). Refrigerator did not cool and I had to throw my food out. Room was dingy and had an unpleasant smell. Overall not worth the price.

We are currently training new staff and will work hard to get everyone up to speed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately because this was a third party pre paid reservation we could honor the discount request. If you would like to use discounts like Triple A or a local university rate, you would need to contact the hotel directly as third party sites are not able to offer those and we can't change their rate once the reservation is made. We will continue to work hard to improve and provide quality service for our guest.

It was a nice stay. The hot tub however is no longer there. It has been filled in. We enjoyed the ability to use the free washer and dryer, just bring your own soap. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

I checked in to a room and noticed the air conditioning was not working. I reported the situation to the desk clerk and her response was "put the unit on auto and if you cannot tolerate temperature checkout and you will get a refund".

Very friendly staff and clean property. They are in the process of a remodel. The only thing that was an eye sore was the door to the room. It had paint coming off it.

The staff were the best! Very flexible and accommodating. They worked very hard to ensure that the breakfast buffet was always fresh and full. The breakfast was wonderful actually! The rooms were fresh and clean and just an all around great place to stay for the decent price.
