The hotel was clean and most importantly, quiet. The rooms did not smell of smoke or other nasty grimy body smells. Will definitely try again!

Well we rented a double queen room, one of the beds was broken. The room wasn’t cleaned the best and there were hairs on the floor. The vent pushing out air was so loud it sounded like I had my ear up to the turbines of a plane. The water in the bathroom sink got so hot my son burnt himself while trying to wash his hands. The encounters that I had with the girl at check in was less than delightful, she made it very apparent that me asking for a lower level room since I had a pet with me was a huge inconvenience.

Old ran down hotel
The room was dirty all around the baseboards, you could see hair on the floor. This hotel is very old, I only booked her because it said it had an excellent rating but it is far from excellent. This is more like a fair rated hotel, similar to a motel 6 quality.

Our stay was great except that we paid for breakfast and was told by the front desk it was served until 10. When we came down at 9 we were very disappointed that we were told wrong. We weren't the only people there was another gentleman that had been told the same thing. And I had to get a new room key a total of 12 times because it wouldn't work. That seems a bit excessive doesn't it?

Nice but dated hotel!
The staff was very nice but I was disappointed that I couldn't have my morning coffee on the balcony. They were bolted locked and not in use. There wasn`t a safe in our room either. Yummy breakfast.
