"3rd time staying at La Paloma, very nice resort with nice pools and views of the mountains. Be aware if you want to play on the Har-Tru clay courts, they are under construction, which was a major disappointment. It was the only reason for our stay as we wanted to prepare our daughter on playing on clay since she will be playing on red clay soon. The late checkout was nice though"

Best Western InnSuites Tucson Foothills Hotel & Suites

"We got there and the layout of the room was non-functional. Photos did not indicate the only bathroom sink in the place was in the bedroom part of the "suite". Speaking of sink, it was broken and we needed to have maintenance there for about an hour (in and out) to get it fixed. The electrical was unreliable but did not seem dangerous. It was not as clean as other BWs I have stayed at. I used to use BW as my default, but not anymore. Very disappointed with the whole stay and we were forced to leave early as a result."

"Their AC and refrigerator doesn't work properly - no one was at the front desk multiple times during the day. Had to toss our food, especially the fruits. Shower doors are not sealed properly to the point it was leaking every time the shower was used. Their iron doesn't even steam. It squirts instead. 😳 No refunds! Only because their general manager resigned. I wonder the reason is that the hotel is too cheap to not fix these issues. Especially for the rooms that were reserved by me and friends."

"Property is pretty however will never stay here again, the wifi wasn’t working and very crucial for me as I work from home the shower did not have a wall to cover the entire shower therefore the ENTIRE bathroom would get wet I used almost all the towels just to soak up the water it was terrible. The room was so hot and thermostat couldn’t go below 72 it just overall was not a good stay for how expensive it was I would NOT recommend there are more affordable and functional properties out there and this was not it."
