The checking in staff was very nice. The mattress was about 6” thick and very uncomfortable, the comforter was dirty & had stains, the bathroom was not the cleanest & the remote for the TV did not work. The lady who took care of the breakfast area was rude. We will not stay here again.

The property was just okay. The pillows gave new meaning to the term “terrible hotel pillows”. Some of the smallest and worst… why not just leave the pillow cases empty next time. It’d be the same. The coffee was not great in the room and of course they don’t give you enough for the number of people actually in the room. And the breakfast was pretty inedible. But the room was clean and the staff was certainly friendly. Those are the only saving graces.

I have stayed here multiple times. The staff is nice and their level of kindness and service can’t be beat. The location is awesome. The only negative thing for me is that showers and carpets are older. I wish they would update their rooms.

Indoor pool was handy for a winters day. The pool was kinda murky though and the walls of the pool were in need of cleaning, my teen did not pay much attention however I omitted swimming because of it. Carpets in our room were vacumed however they need cleaning or replacing. Bathroom was small but clean. Comoforts needed replacing, they were lumpy

Heater did not work properly and it was freezing all night! When they know someone is checking into a room they should turn the heater on. Two of the pillow cases were dirty with makeup stains and the beds had two metal bars sticking out of the sides. The outlet by the one bed let out a shock when i unplugged my charger and the bed outlets did not work, and there was a stain on the carpet as well. There was black mold in the shower and we didnt even use the shower because it was dirty and unclean!!

Quiet and walking distance to downtown. The hotel is a little dated and worn, but still very nice. We had an issue with our thermostat but April (staff) was amazing! She found us a comparable room close (we didn't have to move all our stuff far) and was apologetic and so nice. The pool is nice and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again!

Overall it was a nice place, Clean, and quiet. The only thing that was not good was the coffee. It was very watered down in the breakfast room and you had to ask where that was.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. Only thing lacked in our room were hand towel holders. Staff were super nice and helpful. The lobby was very conducive to visiting, watching tv and playing games. ( mite add another game/puzzle table. ). Would definitely stay again.

I have been staying in a lot of motels along the road lately and this one was disappointing. The rooms are dated and just need a face lift. The sheets don’t fit and the pillows are pathetic. The breakfast was horrible. The bread and bagels were old and hard. They cut the danish in small pieces for unknown reasons. The breakfast hours are unclear and they close early when it is slow. They actually changed it to read 7 to ? because we complained. The coffee/tea station had no hot water and only black tea - all the other boxes were empty. They only clean the rooms every 3 days during a long stay - ok but could you empty the trash and provide more toilet paper? Employees were just collecting a paycheck. Will definitely stay somewhere else when we return to the area.
