Although this hotel looks a bit dated and is in a rather an industrial area I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in! The owner and his staff are extremely friendly and very helpfull.

Not Impressive but don't rule out
The hotel was clean and the staff was great but the location was a little far from Milan city center. However, the hotel provided a shuttle bus service to and from the nearest train station and the commute from the train station to the city center takes about 45 minutes (no connections needed, one train gets you there)and the trains from the hotel station stop run every 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel location is in a secluded industrial area so there is really no place to go within walking distance. The hotel rooms are VERY basic and don't provide most of the ammenities you would be use to at other hotels. But if you're only interested in finding an affordable spot to rest your head and the commute is not a bother. Hoetl Maggio is not a bad option.
