First time staying at Le Germain and my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful, professional and very polite. Hotel is 5 minute walking distance from the CN tower and 12-15min walking distance from the Scotiabank Arena. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again in the future.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Was lovely to be able to have a bath after a long flight in the gorgeous bathroom. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely book again.

It was a very quaint little hotel. The customer service was great and the hotel staff was very friendly. I was a bit disappointed about the size of the gym but understand that those staying around this area are more interested in entertainment. I wouldnt reccomend this as a place for a staycation as amenities at the hotel are subpar but I would recommend this hotel as a central location to experience most of what downtown Toronto has to offer. Had a great stay nonetheless.

Hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and staff really helpful and friendly. Rooms a little dark but when moved to higher floors little better. However be cause of surrounding buildings no view, which I am sure is the case in most hotels because of all the tall buildings. Within walking distance of a lot of main attractions!

We thought the staff and accommodation was top notch. The down-side was the nearby construction which, although didn't greatly impact our stay, was inconvenient: didn't allow us to open our blinds which made the room even darker and a bit noisier in the morning. We enjoyed the comfortable bed/linens and large walk-in shower, along with ample storage and space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was quite nice and the staff were very helpful. There is a lot of construction around the hotel but we did know that when we were booking and it didn't really bother us. The one issue was that the room was quite dark. The walls and ceiling are painted a dark brown so any light in the room just wasn't reflected. They need to do something about that. One other tip for anyone new to Toronto and traveling to local areas - if you use the train make sure you use the Go train and not Via for short distances. The concierge who was very helpful did not tell us this and we ended up paying $70 for what should have been a $20 ride. Overall the place was very nice. Service was honestly excellent and for us that is very important.

We were unaware of huge construction going on in the building adjacent to us. It was quite loud in early mornings of both Saturday and Sunday. Rooms were absolutely beautiful and clean.
