The staff at this location of the Courtyard Marriott are exceptional. Myself and multiple family members stayed here and we were treated with the most amazing level of customer service. It was such a pleasure being there and words can not express our immense gratitude for the great service we received.

Overall stay was amazing. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint was room service. I left the room early morning around 9am. And came back at 330pm. My room still wasnt ready. I walked into house keeping still cleaning the washroom. As we walked in, she told us she wasn't finished and that she will be another 10mins. We said that's fine and for her to continue to do whatever she needed, we just wanted to lay down. She didn't even finish and just walked right now. I really didn't appreciate that. We didn't kick her out or anything. She just left on her own. And it definitely wasn't 10mins. As we walked in and say down she left. Less than a 1min for sure.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay for the week! The ladies we came across were super sweet! The o ky thing we didn’t really like was that we were told there was a free breakfast every morning, we went down one morning at 8:30 and were told breakfast wasn’t included, but it was no big deal! I’ll definitely be booking there again whenever I’m in the area again! I really loved the aspect that everything was really handy, malls, gas stations, transportation stations Etc!

Although it was very busy due to an event, the reception was quick and informative. Pool was open after previously being closed which made our stay that much better. The hotel is modern and the security of our key pass is very impressive. Parking was very limited.

Pool was closed which was only told to me after booking but couldve happened in between my booking and stay so it happens. Nearby food and attractions were excellent such as the nearby Nakamura Bakery. Parking was not too crowded and reasonable to find a spot, and the entranceway it at stoplight intersection making both right and left turns into the property timely and convenient. Cleanliness was well done and nothing to be specifically mentioned about.

Relatively decent hotel with a nice room. Sadly, the pool was down for maintenance work, and I asked about the hot tub. Response I got was “ We are very sorry, sir, but we do not have one of those… however there is a bathtub in your suite”LOL I think I laughed so hard at this response that the people who were lined up behind me thought I was nuts. Not to worry, she was blonde and very cute so all is good
