Difficult to locate. Limited parking. Quaint, kind of historical property but employees did not know history. Difficult to find front desk. Had to go up one elevator to front desk, back to elevator and up one floor, walk down hall to second elevator, and up one floor to room. Room was quaint with livingroom/bedroom, separate breakfast room, nice stone balcony with table and chairs, and down a hallway was the bathroom. Almost like a small apartment without a kitchen. The checkout person was older and hard of hearing, not to be mean, but I rang the desk bell and shouted excuse me several times and finally had to bang on the employeea only door to get his attention. After that, the checkout waa fine.
