Arrived late at the Hotel, we were put in the wrong room. Around 1 am, two visibly drunk men with open containers hanging out right in front of the entrance with the front desk staff. I was intimidated to go to my car. The window shade in our room would not open, bathroom had dirty floors, elevator was broken. Total dump.

The front desk Agent Jade was awesome. And the General Manager Maria as well as the cook Sherita. Even though the property was being renovated they made us feel comfortable. I loved the room very spacious and had all the amenities needed. My family and I enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again when visiting Topeka.
