Great Location, clean and comfortable !
Stayed here 2 nights in Oct 2023. Hotel was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location as we could walk to all top activities. Staff was very friendly and useful. Breakfast was great ! I recommend this hotel for tourists in Toledo. No on-site parking.... but large public parking nearby.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us with trains and taxis. The area is great for walking and very near to the alcazar. A taxi cannot drop you off at the door since it’s on a very small street. Be prepared to roll your bags but not too much. The rooms were clean and although small and a little outdated it didn’t matter to us since we were out most of the day. They don’t have a fridge and the tv is small but we didn’t care. Lovely place to stay.

Beautiful place, very friendly staff. Location is perfect! The beds are uncomfortable, and air conditioning in our room didn't work. But everything else was perfect.

beds were not good
We were 3 staying in the same room, the main bed was very good but the other two beds the mattresses weren’t good at all, the springs were so bothering in the body, I could feel every spring in my back or when I slept on my side, I am not that tall, 5.7” and my feet were hanging :( Hotel was incredibly well located though :)

Great service - beyond the call of duty....
The hotel part was great - well organised, clean, efficient and all round very professional. What made this stay speciaI was that I had an old tooth problem which decided to break and required emergency dental care - not only did they call a great (and cheap) dentist, the receptionist actually walked with me to the dentist - getting lost in Toledo old town is an occuptional hazard even for the locals - introduced me, translated for and made sure everything was ok. I ended up checking out a little late as a result of all this with no questions asked.... I don't recommend you go breaking your teeth, but if you do I recomend you do it when you are staying at this hotel... I was really well looked after when I needed it most.

This is a great hotel with a fantastic location for seeing historical Toledo. The hotel was very clean and our room was very nice. The beds here were super comfortable and we slept great. The location is probably the best feature of the hotel because you are a short or reasonable walk from all of the major sites. You are also close to public transportation of all kinds. A couple things to keep in mind: first, the description says all rooms have a balcony but we only had a window; second, the breakfast is good but fairly basic compared to some other hotels we’ve stayed at in Spain. All in all though this is a great place to stay and I definitely recommend it.

This hotel is perfectly located. Everything is within walking distance. The two twins beds in-one was horrible. It would be better to make a one king bed or queen size.

Estuvimos 2 noches, para la primera tuvimos una habitación ruidosa, extremadamente ruidosa, se oía el ascensor, un ruido de motor muy fuerte, a la gente hablando, solicitamos que nos cambien y no lo hicieron, NO DORMIMOS NADA. Recién al día siguiente otra recepcionista nos cambió. Muy mala experiencia. La habitación número 1 no se puede usar.

Basic. Bad Internet. Great location.
It is a very basic hotel. You get your bed, a bathroom and a TV. The internet SUCKS. Housekeeping does a good job, but the place is older, so it looks run down because of age. Staff is helpful-ish. They will reboot the internet, but can take up to 15 minutes (not including the time you are waiting for them to pick up and it's all static on the phone, so they can hardly hear most of the time. VERY ANNOYING.) The internet went out often too. Otherwise, the location was great--right in the heart of Toledo. There are no views from most rooms, but I had a juliette to be able to see down the street. I liked that. Oh, you will need to push your own luggage from the taxi stand. There is no way to get door to door service at this hotel. If you travel with a lot, realise you'll be hauling your stuff for a walk on cobblestone for about a city block, slightly sloped. You can also hear people in other rooms. I heard someone having sex and someone knocked on the wall when I was playing music during a shower. I could also hear the plumbing in other rooms. My room was big though, but the bathroom was old. The door hit the toilet when I open it. The towels were borderline--they should get new ones soon, because they are getting hard and overworked. If I went back to Toledo, I wouldn't stay here. Not terrible, but not amazing. Basic. Book ahead if you want more. I didn't, this was what was left.

Excellent location but not so great hotel.
I booked despite so negative reviews as I thought they were outdated... but ... Internet is total rubbish. Impossible to use over a computer so forget about being able to work from the room. Comfort: I do not think it is acceptable to have a broken light switch and the shower was not the best layout... Sorry did not take pictures. The breakfast: I strongly suggest you save some money and go somewhere else as the quality and variety is not the best... Take into account it starts at 8:00AM so not the best convenience in business trip! Location: I booked there because I wanted to be able to walk after work and visit. Excellent location!!! plenty of very nice restaurants 5 stars for location! Unless... you have mobility issues as the last 50 meters have to be done on foot. NOT the hotel fault but keep in mind: there are small streets so if people are noisy late at might... you might hear the noise.

Good location in proximity to everything although the customer service wasn't too great. The linens didn't feel fresh and the room had a stale smell. We only stayed 1 night so it did the job but if we come back for a longer stay we'll definitely look for something else.

A hotel to avoid
The room had no temperature control. So we opened the windows and just people talking in the street below echoed up into the room so loud we could not sleep. The shower had the most slippery tub in the world and only half a curtain so water got everywhere and the hanger for the shower head was broken. The breakfast was horrible and we had prepaid 8 euros - we could not eat the day old eggs, dry cake, rancid salami, and powdered coffee and powdered milk or artificial juice drink.

3 star hotel for an overnight rest
The hotel is located in a small street next to the square, if you are driving google map would possibly bring you to somewhere which is too narrow to drive through, and the best option would be getting through from the Museum (museo del ejercito). We are the only guest staying in the hotel, and is an usual old fashioned hotel that you would find in this ancient city.
