Love that I was able to stay at this property during my time in Toledo! The staff was professional and accommodating, room was clean and modern, and the hotel offer many amenities. I will definitely be back!

A tourists treat
A few min drive to the old town, this property provided a nice break from the large number of tourists. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great parking available below ground and the breakfast buffet was delicious with great variety.

Attractive property and room
Very attractive property and room. The hotel is not in walking distance of town. That being said, there’s a very nice walking trail nearby. The dining room service and menu was terrible for lunch and dinner. The breakfast was very good. The spa treatment was ok. Price was good but it was not a deep tissue massage. Also,you have to pay an additional 30€ to use the spa facilities even if you have a treatment. This hotel is a nice choice if you rent a car or cab into town and then relax by the pool (freezing) in the afternoons.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out, the rooms were very nice, the restaurant was delicious and reasonable, and the staff were very kind and gracious.

Spa is not included in price of hotel stay.
Room was very hot, air con not working but it was March and can’t open the window as noises Road. No pool as it was closed and you had to pay to use the Spa, extra €30 each which was not advertised. Nice hotel but out of the town and was either a taxi or drive in. Would have expected the Spa to be inclusive.

Perfect !
The location is a bit off the city center, but it’s completely not a problem for us . It’s got a quite spacious room, even with a terrace! So nice! The room got kettle, coffee and tea. Overall it’s perfect!

Beautiful property and very large, comfortable rooms. Great views and enjoyed walking in garden. The restaurant has very few choices and is sub-par compared to everything else about the hotel.

Hotel is terrible. I stay this hotel with my family . I used safe case in my room. I forgot my wallet after checkout.(Passports , credit cards and big money ). One day later remember that. we call to hotel They said there is no wallet in safe case. come back to hotel and call to police. it is very big issues. there is no camera in corridor. security people is unserious. hotel manager is un serious. Reception people is very rude. We are opining to low -suite

The place is too far away from Toledo center. At 10:30 PM the restaurant was already closed for dinner and there were only two choices for room service. I wouldn’t come back.

Very disappointing.
There were several issues with this stay. First, check in/out extremely slow. Second, the hotel virtually empty except for a small Samsung Convention yet they put us in a third floor room directly above the outdoor Samsung party that went until 2 am! Had to change rooms at midnight. 3rd both restaurants were closed +they did not notify us at check in.Claimed food avail at bar but bartender said use room service. This is not at all an impressive performance.

It took three times to get the Wi-Fi working in our room, they have to give us a different Wi-Fi address when it more than 30 min after checkin . When we asked to change a different room, they said they’re full even though you can tell many of the rooms are an occupied.

Beautiful space, nice room, nice pool, but we forgot an expensive sport coat and the staff was very little help in returning it to us. Of course we were willing to pay, but they left it to us to figure it out and find a courier. We don't speak Spanish. Restaurant was not open, bar didn't know how to make simple drinks.

Beautiful former castle converted into hotel. Loved everything about it except not being about to adjust the room temperature thermostat. It appears almost every hotel controls the room temps and has a lock on it and 23C is just a bit warm for my liking.

This is a very agreeable, spacious and well-run hotel. The dining room and common parts are airy, comfortable and pleasing. The breakfasts are excellent. Our room was large and comfortable with a very large bathroom. There were a few little signs of wear and tear in the room which they should really deal with, but they were very minor in the scheme of things. The staff were all helpful to a fault. The hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride from the old town up on the hill, so be prepared to do that trip a few times. Taxis are quite cheap however. A very nice place to stay overall.
