When we check in our first night, there was no one at the front desk; the clerk was in the back room and finally came to the desk. She didn't look good; her eyes were blood shot. Then, Friday morning, early, we came downstairs to sit in the lobby to wait for breakfast and were told we couldn't sit in the lobby until 6:00 AM. While waiting, we saw an older, unkempt woman come out of the elevator with a cigarette in her mouth. Apparently she knew the front desk clerk, a guy, because they smiled at each other. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling because the vent was not drawing moisture out. The bathroom counter had a gritting film on it of some kind. The multi-plug device over the bedstand was falling out of the wall. Bagels were cold; toaster was old and not working adequately. Saturday morning front desk clerk looked like she had just come in from sleeping under a bridge - unkempt and somewhat unprepared for the day. For $150.00/night, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness and amenities, especially for a Wyndham Hotel. This was not up to Wyndham standards.
