Great stay!
It was the best stay in a hotel that I've ever had. The staff are extraordinarily well-trained, professional, accommodating, friendly, and speak English very well. The restaurant food and breakfast were amazing! Kudos to the waiters and chefs!!

It is well placed in the downtown part of the city. That helps to reach out to places of interest, including shopping locations. There is inconvenience by way of too heavy traffic around, and many places are not having zebra crossings, underground or overbridges. Otherwise good place to stay

Could have been better, bad service
2nd time staying in this hotel. Problem is always in the 2nd floor bar / lounge area. During both stays, I will get a beer and want a meal. I order a beer and the lady waitress will disappear. So after 45 minutes of beer sitting empty and not a single time getting asked if I need anything else or a meal, I go to the bar. I was going to ask if I could get another beer and a meal, without me saying a word, the lady prints my bill. Seriously? Is the intent to push people out of bar? So the only way is to go to my room and order room service to get another beer and the amazing club sandwitch. Young lady with several tattoos not only took my order, gave me a timeline of delivery, was super sweet and always smiling when she delivered my food and drink to my room. After meal even called my room to see how meal was and instructed me to put tray in hallway way when complete.

Not sure what to say
A complicated stay. In the end, they fixed everything that was a challenge (complete with a misleading reservation at hotels.com that they at first refused to honor but then did). In the end, the manager saved the day and made everything right. When the service is good, it is above and beyond. When it isn't, it really isn't. Mostly superficial complaints, but that is what staying at a hotel like this is supposed to prevent. In the end, it's good. But it's not always without hiccups.

Good Hotel
Good service,,good pool,,clean,,polite staff. Only problem is both my Visa Cards (Canadian) would not work at the front desk. My cards work all over the world and I used them regularly outside the hotel. Thankfully I had my debit card and cash with me!

Nice hotel, not great communication
Arrived just after 2pm, which on the bookong confirmation was check in time, to be told that check in was at 3. We went out for lunch and came back at 1530 to be told the room wasnt ready. We were offered a free soft drink and we cpuld sit by the pool. Two hours later after two requests for the room we were finally given the keys. Huge breakdown in communication of room status and meant we had to rush once in the room to get ready to meet pur schedule.

My first week in Tbilisi
You can split the hotel into several categories First dining room. Simply excellent. pool. The welcoming reception and the wonderful waiters and waitresses who run to serve you. Add to this the superb food and it’s presentation. The room very clean with a lovely vue but the mattress is a bit old and not terribly comfortable. The reception is the week point. Asking for taxis, the response was excellent Other than that I got negative and unpleasant reaction. Very suspicious, rarely smiling and not really paying attention to the client. Still lovely hotel with a wonderful swimming pool.
