Location is amazing once you figure out where your orienation is. There is access nearby to the metro east mall that leads undrrground to the Zhongshan Fuxing subway station if you need to avoid the street or weather. It was only a 2 night stay but would go back. Room was spacious and bed was firm for those who like it that way. Only the gym was closed for renovations and I didn't try the restaurant because thr food options nearby are endless

We thought the Hotel was great. Hated the pillows, and nearly froze, until we got a heater. They complied wonderfully. Girls at the front desk were excellent Breakfast was lousy for western style. We went out to order breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel to other friends. Close to train walking to great shopping.

Conveniently located near malls , night markets,shops ,restaurants , mrt, food venders.a massage place across the street.Hotel is very clean and concierge speaks English and is very friendly.

The hotel was exactly as expected. Had been recommended by a friend. Location near a mrt train station was a big plus and used the train both directions from/to airport. Walk changing train lines at Main Station was lengthy, but helpful people along the way kept me going in proper direction. Info booth helpful and other token purchasers helped also; in English. If long walk is a problem then perhaps a taxi the final leg to hotel from Main Station might be in order. Room was spacious and bed linen and towels in line with price laid for room. Staff attentive and helpful. Lots of places of all types within easy walking distance. Even the Jimmy Choo shoe store is close enough to not wear out your new shoes walking back to hotel. All in all great location for me and hotel was nice for the price range.

Great location
Staff at the reception were polite. There is a coffee machine and tea making facility at the lobby, free of charge. Though the coffee could have tasted better, but, it is free so... The room was quiet, did not once hear any noise from traffic or the adjacent rooms. The room we had was right in front of the lifts, but, we never heard any noises. We had the Deluxe room and the bathroom was well equipped and spacious. The only downside to the room was the mattress. It definitely needed to be replaced! Location of the hotel was great, right next to a MRT station and a shopping mall, SOGO. You are right in the heart of the East area, full of shops, bars, restaurants and street foods. For the price we paid, I would definitely consider staying there, again. Only wish is for better mattress

The hotel is situated close to the bus and train stations. There are lots of food options and shopping places nearby. The rooms are spacious and well designed. New technology is used in the lifts and room entry. The staff were pleasant and worked hard.

Quite disappointed with my stay this time I have been to this hotel before but sad to say the I was not satisfied with my stay because the room is is very noisy there is a strange sound besides the air conditioner is also noisy. So I was not able to sleep well. Their pillow is not soft and not comfortable

Friendly staff, who put up with my so-so Chinese but also spoke English as needed. Pretty good breakfast buffet, not huge number of options but good quality. Convenient bedside controls of all lighting, DND/make up room, alarm, etc. Classy lobby. Great location. Clean.

Very clean and Comfortable hotel. We were there for a week and enjoyed the included breakfast, although a little more variety would have been good. Highly recommended if staying in Taipei.
