First day checked in found hairs, and food debris on the floor, asked for re-clean, a lady came in with broom to sweep a small area and left, not even mopping/ vacuuming the floor.
At night, air conditioning was set at 20 degree Celsius but was maintained at 23-24 degree Celsius through out the night, woke up 3am, went to the front desk to ask for help, was told by front desk in winter they do not allow air conditioning to turn on, suggested me to open window instead.
Room was too stuffy due to the AC not working, I had to open the window, besides the noise from the street, mosquitos came into the room, and was bitten by mosquitos all night.
The next day morning at 10am, went complaint to the front desk again, was promised by them that they will turn on the AC tonight.
Surely, it didn't happen, I had to call Hotels.com customer service to cancel the rest of my booking with this hotel. I did a collect call from the room, but i was charged 350 TWD when i checked out due to using their phone making collect call.
Well, I had nothing good to say about this hotel.
