Rooms were comfortable, had creature comforts like a bidet. Decor was a little weird but fine. Location is excellent, right in the middle of Ximending, 5 minutes away from Ximen station. Little noise pollution as well despite the location. There’s only one elevator and it’s kinda slow.

It's always a great experience. Close to everything, convenient and easy to get to, the staff is friendly and the breakfast options are tasty. I'd totally recommend and will be staying there very soon again.

location! location! location! This hotel is located at the heart of everything! The room is spacious and very clean however I wish they remove the carpet! Over-all, we enjoyed our stay and I can recommend this to anyone visiting Taipei!

Prefer the currently closed Boutique. Room at Heritage quite small and no door between bathroom and bedroom which was gross rather than chic. But overall like the chain. Would stay again... if guaranteed a bathroom door.

Good for a night or 2, privacy issues.
The hotel is nice overall. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room itself was small, the bed was a bit hard and there was no door on the bathroom area. Even as a married couple we do not like this design because there is a lack of privacy and we would not stay here again because if it. It's in a great location and the breakfast buffet was ok, though there is a lot of good local food around that I preferred.

Great location in Ximending, about 5 min walk from MRT. Shopping streets right around the corner. The room on the higher floor was good, but the ground floor was very dark and dank. The beds on both was not comfortable. Breakfast was a pretty decent Taiwanese buffet.

This is a great place to stay in the Ximen area. Very clean hotel. Beautifully decorated and with easy access to shopping, transit and dinning options. The staff was very nice and friendly all the time. I would totally recommend and stay here again when visiting beautiful Taipei.

Great hotel!
The hotel staffs are nice and helpful. The location is centrally located and the food is great. The room is clean witj all the necessary amenities. The room size is a bit skimpy though. You will never be short changed for what you pay for.

It was difficult to hear and understand the receptionist who checked me in due to the other two being a bit too loud in a small counter area. I think it could’ve been a bit more calm atmosphere. The signage outside the front door could use a touch up. My main concern was that more of the breakfast items be labeled in Chinese+English. It would be beneficial and aid those who might have an allergy.

A little tricky to locate but well worth the find. Great lobby with 2 high-end computers to use. Buffet breakfast has a good selection. Good location with easy walking access to MRT and the excitement of Ximending

The hotel was clean and good location. Hotel breakfast is so so, not much variety. This hotel has about 80 rooms i guess but only 1 elevator for both guest and their staff to use. I have to wait 15 mins to take elevator to get down to lobby. Walk the stair is faster and reccomend to stay lower floor. Many hotel choices in Ximenting, I will never wanted to stay this hotel anymore.

The staff was generally hospitable and acceded to our requests (ie more hangers, an extra blanket, a luggage rack) readily. The room we had gotten were small but acceptable. The only gripe is the shower curtain hung in the bathroom which could not cover the top part of the window completely but I don't think anyone can look in from the outside from afar.

1 night shift staff was not helpful when I approached her. Bkfast choices is decent but can be improved to have different varieties daily. Hotel room furniture arrangement cause space limitation. Overall still a decent clean hotel and in a good location for shopping.

Amazing service from front desk staff
Great value for money hotel in a fantastic location, close to the MRT and the pedestrian street. I would like to particularly commend the brilliant customer service of Esther, from the front office reception. She went out of her way to really help me. I could not find a money changer, and having gone to some banks without success, she left the reception to her other colleague, walked with me to a bank, stayed in line with me, spoke to the bank teller and made sure that everything was ok and I was able to change money. Understanding that we have not had lunch due to not having local currency at that point, she gave bottles of water to my parents. I have never met someone with such amazing customer focus and hospitality. Well done!

I like the convenient location and clean rooms. Not fond of the exposed toilet bowl. Service wasn't great - front desk staff were unsmiling and unhelpful; I was sent an email saying they'll do something about the vip benefits but nothing happened

Pretty descent room though a bit small. Very happy with the gift box upon check in (for being an Expedia gold member). Staff were all very friendly Very slow wifi.
