Much room for improvement…
This hotel was chosen over another after reading all the good reviews. We stayed for 3 nights with much anticipation. Unfortunately, other than its location, which is great & staff were generally polite, it has little to offer. The twin rooms feel small & tight for 25sqm. It’s also the only hotel we stayed that doesn’t provide coffee, only green tea bags & bottled water. No snacks or can drinks were offered in the rooms either, which is common for hotels in Taiwan. Breakfast was rather disappointing with a very limited spread. We stayed in a few other hotels during this trip & sad to say, this one ranked last.

My favorite hotel in Taipei. Nice and cute. I stay here twice a month, just to get out of the suburbs. Nice staff and always ready to help. Simple things. If I run out of water they will always bring me more.

It is a wonderful, cute hotel in a great area. Great staff and nice rooms that are clean. The rooms aren't huge but it is a nice place to get good night's rest. It is inexpensive as well. Great deal for the money. I stay here a couple times a month.

I have stayed here at least twenty times over the last ten years. Nice place. Cheap. Great people. It is just a nice place to stay in Taipei. It also has one of those funky Japanese toilets to do the cleaning for you.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. They were very patient helping me and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The place was very close to the MRT and several places I wanted to visit. The downside was that the rooms weren't soundproof in anyway and the room, especially the bathroom, wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The rooms weren't dirty, just not thoroughly cleaned, dust in top corners, beginnings of mold on the shower ceiling. It looked like the cleaning was superficial and no deep cleaning was done between guests.
