A great hotel and well positioned right next to the beach. Rooms clean and looked recently refurbished. Nice pool area. Food good and well presented. Reception staff excellent. Bar/restaurant in the evening - the staff need to engage with guests. The bar was often unattended, and staff seemed to hide in the kitchen. One waitress called Ania was excellent but others need to understand something of what is required to work in the service industry. There is a nightclub next to the hotel (not part of the hotel) which seemed to have a licence to play music until 4am. This was an issue on one of the nights of our stay. Overall, this is a great hotel and we would return, just ensuring we had a room on the side of the hotel that was away from the nightclub.

I have been living in US for over 20 years now and apparently I take some things for granted by now... an example is the parking... while booking the hotel I assumed I will have also parking place available if needed, well I was disappointed that there was no parking available when I arrived, because apparently I had to book it separately while making the room reservation... I am not use to it. Well, I asked to be informed the next day if something will change about parking. So I was disappointed the next day that nobody contacted me about that and only when I approach the front desk myself and inquire about the parking I found out that it was available. Second example... In America, all staff is always smiling, happy and eager to help, in polish hotel staff is sad, avoiding eye contact, and rude... or this is the polish mentality? Amber Baltic, although 30 years old hotel is still a very nice hotel; that said I've seen dirty walls, peeling paint, or rust here and there... Now the food was great, breakfasts were real feasts. So overall, great accommodation, great food, but customer service needs to improve.

The customer service was unprofessional, bad mannered with a lack of communication and transparency between the customer and front desk/ management. Very disappointed with how the management handled our check out. We made reservations online for one room king size bed. During reservation and check in we were never told we need to pay per person.On our last day we were told we still need to pay for one more person which cost us almost 100 usd more. We travel all over the world and never were charged per person before only per room. Left us with unpleasant ,disappointing feeling. Great location ,nice hotel but poor customer service.

I liked the view from the room. However, the room was very tiny and had a weird setup with bed in the middle of the room. The hotel restaurant does not serve wine with lunch because the bar does not open until 3 pm. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned on the second day.

I stay in hotels for around 100 nights per year and this is my first review ever. This hotel is my biggest disappointment. Worst hotel, worst service, worst, unprofessional and rude staff.

Don't bother with this hotel
Our first impression of the Amber Baltic was not being able to park in the hotel car park as it was full. After parking in a car park nearby we checked in. We spent 10 minutes queuing at reception and just as it was our turn 2 Germans arrived at the desk and we were ignored while they got served! The breakfast was okay although a little over crowded. During our stay we had body treatments at the spa and used the indoor pool and sauna. This was the best part of the hotel. Overall this hotel is tired and in need of a refurb. We would not stay here again.

not exactly 4 star hotel...
- arriving & parking - the receptionist wasn't aware of possiibilities of parking at the hotel so we were directed to an outside parking place - we had an executive room which was very small; wonder how regular room look like??? - 1 of 2 elevators didn't work; the 2nd one was quite faulty and we could never reach 5th floor - staircase (had to use because of above story with lift) looked like undergroung parking one; certainly not 4* hotel!

Ein super Wellnesshotel mit toller Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Pool von 7:00-22:00 Uhr geöffnet, Wassertemperatur 29 Grad. Sauna geöffnet ab 8:00 Uhr. Beim Frühstück hat nichts gefehlt. Hotel am Strand direkt an der Promenade. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Parken sollte man nicht auf dem Hotelparkplatz der ist teuer. Gleich nebenan ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz der ist preiswerter muss aber gleich in bar bezahlt werden in Zloty oder Euro Umrechnungskurs war 4,18. Parken am Straßenrand geht auch man muss aber dann die Parkautomaten mit Münzen (Zloty) füttern.

Jeg har overnattet mange gange på dette hotel, da det ligger godt lige ned til vandet. To gange har jeg fundet små fluer i min juice om morgenen. begge gange har jeg informeret personalet, som ikke virkede overrasket. Så juicen drikke jeg ikke

Ich bin mit meiner Familie für einen 2 tägigen Ausflug zur polnischen Ostsee gefahren und übernachteten hier im Hotel. Beim Einchecken erhielt unsere Tochter direkt ein kleines Präsent was ich sehr großartig finde. Oben im Zimmer angekommen findet man ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit TV und ausklappbarer Couch und noch ein kleines Präsent für die Kinder (Budelsachen). Das Bad ist ausreichend und ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Vom Wohnzimmer kommt man auf den Balkon und hat einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Das anliegende Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Großen Doppelbett, TV und großem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist für alle was dabei und es wird immer frisch nachgelegt. Es gibt für die Kids ein Spielzimmer und einen internen Pool. Einen Außenpool und Privatstrand gibt es auch den man als Gast nutzen kann inkl. Liege und Sonnenschirm. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Naprawdę wspaniały hotel , najbardziej zachwycił mnie widok na morze z pokoju i restauracji . Taras i zejście z hotelu na plażę już bliżej do morza być nie może . Bardzo miła obsługa . Pyszne śniadania . Naprawdę Super !!!
