Nice hotel, comfortable, and just a 15 min. shuttle ride to the airport. A little hard to find - thank goodness for gps. Room 304 has an odd plumbing issue. If someone is using the shower, only hot water is available at the sink! Otherwise the sink water operates normally.

Perfect for staying near the airport. Beds were pretty hard and parking was extremely tight.

Everything was actually good, reception very friendly, however in a twin bedroom for the bathroom to be separated from the bedroom only by a milky glass screen which allowed to see moving shapes was disconcerting, as sharing a twin room does not mean the individuals are necessarily intimate.

The breakfast was the worst of my stay. Flies and fruit flies all over the cheese area the cold cuts area the bread and coffee machine. In order to keep the flies away they have small fans running in those areas but could not keep the flies away. When I spoke to the resturant receptionist she told me she will speak with the manager.

The roam wasn't upgraded or at least the roam was very bad view and at the end of the corridor, wasn't good at all and am pretty sure that the roam wasn't upgraded

They didn’t know about the vip gold status and I had to show them the bookimg to make them aware of it and even then they struggled to understand.
Amazing Hotel for the price. Some services are still down from the pandemic like the Bar but overall fantastic for the money. Very upscale.

Very nice Hotel with amazing staff. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The 24/7 mini mart in the hotel is very useful as you can get food, snack or drinks at anytime.

Checking and staff quite good and smooth. Bathroom had one dirty towel on floor from last guest. Considering covid era, this was really careless. Reception informed us the room would be cleaned daily during stay and it was not!
Breakfast at 15 Euros was ok but nothing special. The room itself was very clean and air system was good.

Our stay was great, good breakfast and friendly staff. We where surprised by the parking charge... 13 Euro when we thought it was free, but overall it was a good stay.

We stayed at this hotel to get some rest on a long road trip. We were tired when we arrived and had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the sole receptionist to serve all the customers ahead of us. There was another person "in the backboffice" that could have helped but she was not interested in doing so in seems... We went through the check-in process and were disappointed by thw fact that the 24-hour room service advertised on the Hotels.com app was no more... No option for food at the hotel.
We finally got our room key and it was well over 30°C in the room so we set the thermostat to 20°C but nothing happened. Rang reception and was told "Sorry, the aircon is broken, nothing we can do". So we had to open the window and hope not to be eaten alive by mosquitos. And then we tried to watch some TV but it wasn't working. The remote control probably needed fresh batteries...
Breakfast was OK though!

Great breakfast! clean rooms which were nicely furnished.
Odd glass door and glass panel to the bathroom which was a) see-through and b) let lots of light into the room if someone uses the bathroom at night.
Overnite at hotel due to airline connections. Chose for price. Bit far from airport. Free shuttle from airport. 5 euros to return next morning. Clean and comfortable. Provided what I needed.
