Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. Check in is done through a kiosk with no human present, just on video link. The machine takes credit cards, you sign the rental agreement on screen and it prints receipts and dispenses the room card key. The room was clean but the smell in the room was of old cigarettes and what ever noxious chemicals they use as air freshener. there was an immediate physical reaction to this atmosphere that made it impossible for staying there. The video interaction was minimally helpful and I checked out immediately. I must wait to see if they cancelled the reservation as I asked. I am working with Expedia for a refund since I did book through them but it is too soon to tell if that will have a positive result. I can not recommend a stay here if you have any type of respiratory issues such as asthma, COPD, CHF< or reactive airway issues. If any positive result comes from Expedia from this event, I will update this review.

Loud area to begin with. Cars racing on the street. Not the hotels fault. Old!, not well maintained. The person above me sounded like they would be coming through the ceiling. The floor was mushy under the vinyl flooring and did not inspire confidence. Beds are gross. Linens are gross. I swear a hooker and client checked in before me. You have to talk to some guy who is very hard to understand on the camera when checking in. Strange. Also did not inspire confidence. What are they worried about being robbed or other? Anyway, I would avoid this place at all costs. Rather pay twice as much than stay here.

Didn't stay at all, the place was a dump. Online pics are definitely false advertising. You check in at a kiosk with employee on screen, very unprofessional and Im glad that I left, they tried charging my credit card three different prices numerous times but didn't go thru. I reported them for fraudulent charges to my credit card company.

The hotel looks more like a motel. There are people living there, and as soon as you arrive it smells strongly like cigarettes and marijuana. You can call and call, and no one answers. The room itself is clean, but it still smells a lot like marijuana. The jacuzzi’s water handle is broken, so you can’t turn the water on properly. The only good thing is pets friendly and it’s free

The room itself was good, but the overall experience was frustrating due to poor communication and service. We were never told the Wi-Fi password and had to go down to the lobby to get it because no one answered the phones. To make matters worse, the landline in the room doesn’t actually connect to the front desk. On our second day, our room key stopped working entirely, and once again I had to go down to the lobby to have it replaced. Small issues, but having to repeatedly go to the lobby for basic needs really took away from the stay.
