Upon arriving after a 14 hour day on the road with three kids, we were denied check in because Expedia had not paid the hotel. Mind you, I had a paid in full receipt from Expedia but because BW’s “hands were tied” and they were still “waiting for payment”, we could not check in. We had hustled to make it in time for the kids to swim before the pool closed and I had even told the young man working the desk this. I know he was doing his job, but he did little to nothing to make us comfortable while we waited for Expedia to fix their error. Long story short, my kids didn’t get to swim and burn any energy after a long ride. Also we paid for five people and the hotel only provided enough towels for three. From here on out, I will be double checking with hotel prior to check in to make sure Expedia’s affairs are in order. I’ve never had a problem with Expedia before so I’m not sure where the real problem was. But I have a feeling it was BW’s since I’ve heard from a couple others staying with BW having similar issues.

I liked free breakfast, I liked the Nice staff, Comfortable beds, Clean linens, convenient & close parking, Wi-Fi ! I didnt like that our room carpet didn't get vacuumed and all floor didnt get cleaned by housekeeping We did get our beds made, and towels changed But floor carpet was very dirty, I was wearing my socks for our 3 day stay and all 3 pairs of white socks ended up super filthy!

I was disappointed that I didn’t realize until after I paid for the booking that it would have been cheaper if I would have booked directly from the hotel. I booked through Expedia thinking I was going to get a better deal.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. My only complaint is the bright white lighting in the room. Warmer lighting would be nice in a room. These were cool like fluorescent so it felt like an industrial office rather than a living space. Still a nice hotel. Very clean

Best Western Galt
It is the closest hotel near my relative's house and is very clean and safe. There are a few stores, and the gas station is across from Best Western Galt Inn.

No sympathy for customers. No communication except these stupid review rejections. No Empathy for customers. Harassment with review rejections. Not the first time that Worst Western has been disappointing at best. can't read: accept this review There was no heat, and the proprietor didn't want to give us a new room. He even called the police on us. Call me or email me... You have the number.
