"The West End hotel was wonderful. Parking felt safe & secure, the room was comfortable -- although the touch lamps were confusing - it would help if there was a sign explaining how they worked. I appreciated the two kitchens, which I didn't use much but had great resources. The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to Forest Grove Park and many of the St Louis sites. My only issues, and its one I've had with many other hotels, is the constant smell of pot that would show up in the hallways. It wasn't in the room and I know they are non-smoking, but the smell persisted."

"The toilet was broken in 1st room. 2nd room had no towels. Went to the pool, no towels either. Cable TV guide didn't match the channel #s. The staff was very nice and helpful, but there seemed to be many things that could have been avoided with better leadership and intention on creating a great experience."

"Pool was not heated, so cold you couldn’t swim. It also had lots of hair in it and seemed unclean. Hot tub was nice until i realized it smelled of bleach. Food was not where my expectations were, you have to microwave everything. Nothing was really cooked. Everything is a little out dated as well. Wasnt the worst but wasn’t the best either."
