The Bed was to die four. Ok here were the issues, now this was a master suite. So the first thing was toor. The deadbolt would not function, room 342. Again this is a high dollar suite. The bathroom is outside were you cant wash up if you have company. There is no privacy. In the toilet closet the shower is to close, the room is to small. You literally have to squeeze between the toilet and the shower to close the door to use the toilet. Same thing with the shower.. lack of room doesn't allow for the towel bar to be anywhere close to the shower door. The Web says breakfast. I come down and there was a bag with water a can of orange juice, an apple and orange. Then you pay Starbucks for coffee. Then you go pay 45.00 for breakfast. The fairfield and the other hotels with free breakfast aroud the courtyard were full, but the courtyard was only about 1/3 maybe a little better on march 15 and 16th. A Friday and Saturday. Ok with all this in mind lets gather the prices. 2 suites, for two days cost me $352.00 eack room, so $704.00. 4 of us at dennys for breakfast for 2 days, $ 100.00. Not to mention an hour and a half each day off of a 3 day vacation. When we could have gad a 30 minute breakfast at the hotel. So this makes your room $200.00 per person per day. I can do better at one of the other suites and save time also. So i wont be back to this one. Oh yeah push extra hard on that elevator button to get to 3rd floor is what the sign says or it just stays there. Really

The staff here wes excellent including the agent who checked me in named Tiffany! Also, the manager on duty at the time of my check-in was so friendly and knowledgeable! Every staff member I encountered during my short stay was so kind, gracious, and helpful. Also, I was very impressed by the housekeeping staff! In the hallways, during cleaning hours, members of the housekeeping team were so friendly and organized! I was very impressed by them! Also, the in house Starbucks counter was such a great ammenity to have access to during my stay! The individual at the drink counter was super friendly and made me a geat hot chocolate! I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was here! I highly recommend that people stay here! There is a remodel/construction going on at this location right now and I'm excited to see what it looks like after the project is completed!

Under construction with no notice. Hard to find entrance. Bed was the most uncomfortable-giant slumps in the mattress. No breakfast provided, no staff showed up. Awful. Really feel like a refund is in order.

Renovations make staying somewhat inconvenient, but that’s no excuse for poor responsiveness to other issues. Disruptive guests, for several hours and after having been reported, continued causing issues for several hours. Front desk staff were unresponsive and discourteous - hung up on me. The room was clean and cleaning staff did well. I’ve stayed at Marriott hotels many dozens of times and have never had cause to leave a review like this. Disappointed.

During a busy conference, admittedly a Sherlockian one, at the Sheraton Plaza, it was nice to have a relatively quiet spot away to sleep. It was not as close to the conference hotel, the only negative things I really have to say about it, but the Courtyard did not have any problems like those faced by the other attendees at the Sheraton, including rain flooding through their windows. The staff at this hotel, the Courtyard Marriott, could NOT have been nicer or more professional. The hotel was very clean and I liked having a small, comfy couch and small balcony. Indeed, the room was pretty much immaculate. If I am ever back in the St. Louis area, which I hope to be, I would very much consider staying here again.

The hotel and staff were very nice. I booked my room in advance. All was fine with the facility and staff. However, i reserved a King bed and they had sold out and only had 2 queen bed rooms. The staff said the reservation came through as a double bed even though it was clearly booked and reserved differently. They gave us a room with a nice view and balcony. Great customer service. Not sure if this happens regularly with Hotels.com

Even though we reserved a king room, they had sold out by the time we checked in and had to take a double bed room. How do you take a reservation but are unable to keep the reservation?? The property needs some repairs; torn carpet in the hallway, room smelt like it used to be a smoking room, walls are thin because we could here the next room. It was ok but wouldn't be my choice again.
