When I went to present my Expedia confirmation they stated they could only accept cash and that their payment system couldn’t handle credit card transactions. They said I would have to contact Expedia for a refund and Expedia could reach out to the hotel. While at the front desk, a woman came to complain her room was dirty. Our room had some dirty towels and the bed sheets had burn holes in them! I had my 4 year old grandson sleep on top of the bedspread. The fan cover was off in the bathroom and looked like a fire hazard. Extremely disappointed and would have tried to find another location, but since we’re flying out of the nearby airport early tomorrow morning we’re just trying to go to sleep.

No bath towels. The hand towels were stained. Carpet had multiple stains. Desk chair had huge stains The first room we were sent to would not open with the key card. I went back to the desk and was moved to another room. Keep in mind we are carrying luggage up and down stairs. My third trip to the front desk was for the bath towels that were not in the room. I also handed back the stained towels. The front desk girl informed me all of the towels are stained.

The only positive thing I have to say about my stay is the staff. They were helpful and polite. As for the property itself....The sheets and comforter had stains. When I asked for clean sheets they were stained as well. The staff said "unfortunately they're all like this". The room had carpet that had stains as well and I couldn't walk around without shoes on because my feet would stick to the carpet. The wall looked like someone has used spray paint on it. Then came the smell. I had to turn on the hvac and the smell of stale urine filled the room. The staff apologized profusely and added that the property owner had just made a rule to not reserve rooms to locals. I will never stay at this place again.

The staff is very nice. The rooms are very beat up and the sheets are stained. My room has a wall outlet out, there's something smeared on the mirror, hair in the bathtub, water on the bathroom floor, cracked doors around the building, doors that don't work, I can go on. This place should be cheaper or remodeled.

Staff was the only thing that made this bearable
When we arrived there were no clean rooms, the lobby and hallways reeked of marijuana, there was an obviously high lady in the lobby and a guy smoking on the steps. After the room was cleaned and we could finally get in the room there was smeared fecal matter on the wall, the sink did not drain, and the shower dropped all over the floor. The next morning, we woke up in preparation for our day, but there was no hot breakfast available, only biscuits with a spoon and jelly. The only thing that saved this trip was the staff, who was very nice, and apologized for everything. They were dealing with many irate customers at the same time, however, they never lost their professionalism, even though it was obvious they were getting overwhelmed.

Ok this place looks ok we got a room that was smoking. Its not smoking its a room where you can step out your door and smoke. Which is ok but the room was so smokey with ashes everywhere. They said no animals in the rooms but this room had animal fur all over the floor and chair. The remote didnt work and phone to call front decks didnt work. We told them they didnt care that the remote didnt work. Also the way they have it set up if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor you have to come through the lobby to get to your room. So its a cheap room but if you like things a little room but together this place is not for you

Worst I been to
Didn’t get room we booked, got keys and they didn’t work. Went to office got new set still didn’t work. Office lady came down to unlock room and left us with no keys. No tv in room Went back to office got switched to another room. Shower was either cold or super hot Next morning workers were very rude at breakfast to not only us but to an elderly couple as well.

I got woke up at 3am by the night attendant. He said my room was supposed to be empty. I told him my name and that I checked in earlier that afternoon. I went back to bed. 15 minutes later he called my room stating he couldn’t find me and said I needed a reservation number or he would call the police. After giving him my name again I guess he found it be cause he said ‘ “my apologies” and hung up. Besides that the room has small bugs that looked like lady bugs but were brown. The toilet didn’t flush and the room smelled.

We stayed two separate times in the 7 Days once on the way and once again on the way back. First time we thought the room was good and enjoyed everything till we went for the free breakfast at 620am that was offered. The lobby and breakfast was dark and noticed someone asleep on the chair in the lobby, no breakfast was out. So we left and decided to check out. Well the person asleep turned out to be the employee working the front desk and breakfast. Second time we stayed room wasn’t as nice but good for the night. Hallway looked like it needed work on the walls that looked damaged. So while asleep about 12:30am someone tried opening our door and scared us since we were asleep. I jumped out of bed to see what was happening they tried again and I had to yell through the door to get them to leave. We went back to sleep and about 12:50 am someone knocks and wakes us again turns out to be the office guy asking what my name was and he didn’t have us for that room. Hello, we had keys to enter the room we were in the room. No apologies … at the check out all got was computer glitch.

The front desk staff were very nice! They were funny and overall bubbly. We got a double “queen” room and we were on the first floor. As far as the room goes. Not good nor was the WiFi. We showed up and it reeked of wet dog and cigarettes. First thing I noticed was the blood stain on one of the “queen” bed. Then I started looking further and the sink was not wiped down and covered in hair and what looked like bacon grease. In the bathroom the towels looked like they were just thrown up there and one had a literal poop stain. There was also (what looked to be like) clumps of dog hair. Nothing was dusted or even seemed to be wiped down. On both bed skirtings there was mold growing on them. Not even to mention that the bed skirts where not on right and you can see the once white box spring is now cigarette smoke yellow and brown. And “best” for last. There were cockroaches. I’m not even making this up right now. I had went to use the restroom and a big cockroach comes crawling out from the carpet into the bathroom. I tried not to think about it and just kept our luggage in the car, and what was on our person and shoes. They were kept on the dirty table. As much as I didn’t want to, we still stayed. The next morning I went to the restroom again! And there was another cockroach crawling into the bathroom and up the walls. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. I however didn’t bring this up to management due to trying not to be a Karen. Especially during the holiday season.

After checking in me and girlfriend walked into our dirty room that cleaners never got to. When we drove back to office to get a new room one she asked for our old key cards which we misplaced one, which we received a huge eye roll by the lady helping us. Our new room was good, besides the microwave which didnt work.

The room was not clean. The floor still has hair on it , the linens were stained, I reserved a king room and was down graded to 2 doubles when the keys to my reserved room did not work. The desk clerk did not provide good directions to locate the room and did not advise I was being switched from a king to a 2 bed room.

This was not well cleaned, dirty towels and cockroaches all over the room crawling on everything. The free breakfast was non existent basically as it had cereal but no milk waffle maker but no mix and a hot tray but no food on it. They also had no hot water so we couldn’t even shower. It was an awful stay and it should not have cost that much for the condition it’s in. Very unsatisfactory.
