Very disappointed concerning the dog policy. Was charged a pet fee which was NOT disclosed on the internet site. I’ve been to other La Quinta’s and never had to pay xtra.

Property is under renovation at the time of our visit. Our room had been recently updated and was clean and modernized. Waited for the shuttle a half hour despite the hotel being just 4 miles from the airport. Breakfast options were meh.

Even though the property is doing some upgrades to the hotel, it did not affect our stay at all. Our room was recently updated. Clean and comfortable for a family of 6. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is under construction right now, so it looks like it's on its way to being nicer but right now it's a mess. Parking is a pain & you are checking in via a makeshift office in the back of the hotel because the main entrance is closed. The whole place stinks of sheetrock powder and other construction materials. During breakfast all of us guests were listening to power tools and construction right next to us. Worst of all there's no plastic hung between the work they are doing and the breakfast area so all that construction dust is just floating around. All that being said this does look like it will be nice when it's done and the desk staff have been very nice. The pool and hot tub were nice and the breakfast wasn't bad. The other criticism I have is a weird one, it's the toilet of all things, it is a terrible design and doesn't flush everything down. It forcefully shoots water into the back of the bowl and leaves everything at the front of the bowl sitting there. Overall I think this will be a decent stay once the remodel is done, but I would pass on it until the construction is done.

Property was under construction, no notification at time of booking. Main entrance/front desk closed, had to drive to back of building to check in. Arrived at 10pm, did not seem like the safest area. Rooms have construction dust all over. Went to the free breakfast, bread was dated 'best by 12/23/23'. Today is 2/16/24. Would not stay here again.

Flying out of Springfield was easy and being able to leave my car at La Quinta was great. I didn’t worry about my car. Having me dropped off and picked up at airport was great. Thank you for everything
