Great hotel staff was awesome we had to attend a funeral and had no problem with early checking Would like to acknowledge Karen at the breakfast buffet she was attentive and wonderful ! All the staff was super luv staying at this hotel

We traveled to Ludlow MA, for my dad's funeral. I called the day before our check in and explained we were traveling from NY and needed an early check in to chane for the wake . The manager said of course. When we arrived there was a sympathy card, box of chocolates and a purple rose in a glass globe. It meant so much on such a difficult trip that the manager expressed such kindness.

Had to wait for the following day for new bed sheets, walked into dirty sheets the first night. 3rd night our toilet got flood, had to walk to front desk to pick up a plunger, had to plug my toilet for at the end of it all change rooms. I cannot believe I spend over $500 for this experience. I believe I should and would like to receive a refund or credit.

Decent clean hotel and pretty good breakfast included (Cinnabons!). Nice shower head feels great. Nice friendly staff. Convenient location. Dealbreaker for me however is the uncomfortable old school mattress. To me the bed comfort is a major factor. Also tub was slippery. Needs mat or something. And no bars in shower made slippery tub harder to deal with.

The room was clean and laid out well, For me personally the bed was not comfortable. The breakfast was superb!

The lady at the front desk has checked me twice (I forgot to get her name) but she is super friendly and helpful. She signed me up for the points program and left the card under my door. Since I have to travel here for work and stay every few weeks, I appreciate it! So far, I'd stay at this hotel for sure!

Bed was terrible. My back has hurt for days now. Clean and a bit loud with highway so close. But nice pool area, breakfast area and plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel is mediocre at best. It is dated, the elevator is very slow, the bed in our room was hard as a rock,, the air/heating system did not work well, there was minimal hot water in the bathroom and the rug in the room was dirty

Stayed only 1 night. Hotel and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Area is slightly noisy since you are near a highway. Location is convenient with stores close by. Not a 5 star hotel, but good for the price. Breakfast was decent.

This is hands down one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. This was a last option for me when it came to stating in the area. But I was very surprised to see how clean and whit the bedding was.

Needs refurbishing
The hotel need to be updated in a serious way. Everything is outdated from the lack of USB ports to the toilet. The toilet flushes extremely loud but doesn’t flush well. The water temperature was a little bit of a struggle to maintain. However the breakfast was good enough and the staff very friendly and helpful.
