Overall great stay, felt like there could’ve been a few improvements done to the rooms and the staff was very friendly with the exception of the gentleman at the desk around 11pm last night. Didn’t act like he cared to even acknowledge that us.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. Our room was clean and comfortable. One of the main reasons we chose this facility was it had a pool. But the pool heater was broken so couldn't work out in the pool unless you enjoy an ice bath or hypothermia.

This was a very nice hotel. The room was very clean. The room showed some wear but not bad at all. The bathroom was very clean and I felt comfortable walking barefoot on the floor. The bedding was prepared and seemed very clean. Comfortable to sleep in. A multitude of electrical and USB charging outlets throughout the room, including next to the bed. The furniture was nice. TV was nice. I have only two minor complaints: (1) The entrance light switches didn't work in my room, so I walked into a relatively dark room; and (2) the heater/AC unit was a bit noisy. But the room otherwise was great and I would stay there again. At the time I got the room, the price was quite reasonable as well. Close to several fast-food places and other restaurants, as well as a Walmart.

The pool room was freezing, ceiling falling apart above shower, breakfast was terrible. Check in clerk Jessie was lovely as well as the housekeeper (I’m sorry I did not get her name).

This hotel was easy to find right off the interstate. We checked in later in the evening and kind of early in the morning, and the check-in and out process were both very easy. I believe the listing says they will hold a deposit at check-in, but they did not do that with us. The suite we were in was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfy. The staff was very friendly and the front lobby was beautifully decorated for the holiday. The breakfast offerings in the morning were very good (basic continental style). This is a half-way point to a regular destination for our travel, so I will definitely be booking here when we travel that way in the future.

We checked in at 8pm (my husband and three children), and in the first 15 minutes of getting to our room and getting our kids ready for bed, the front desk attendant called and complained that we were being too loud. We are very respectful people. We were simply hauling in suitcases and changing young children into their pajamas. Im appalled that we were treated this way when we were simply trying to get into our room and into bed.

The first room they gave me had a heavy odor of cigarette smoke. The second room that I finally took had the smell of cigarette smoke so I went to the store and got Febreze. Also the carpet was stained in many places and looked very old. I've stayed here multiple times and have noticed recently that the hotel cleaniless is going down. I hope that the owner is planning a upgrade to the entire hotel soon.

This hotel needs a deep clean. It wasnt filthy, but dirt on walls, toilet seats in bad shape, busted AC unit, and holes in the comforter. Ceiling above shower had moldy looking areas. Our towels were very dirty and we had to request clean ones. Staff were wonderful.

Elevator was "shut down for the night", but not working the next morning. First room had stained sheets (hadn't been cleaned since last customer). Second room was dirty as well, hair in the beds and on the bathroom floor. Overall look of the facility was rundown, in disrepair, and in need of maintenance. Staff was friendly, but overall state of the facility there was nothing they could do to make it better.

The hotel was very nice! Staff, was very accommodating! Breakfast, was delicious. Only complaint is that the swimming pool, was too cold to fully enjoy. We will be back! For another stay.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It’s convenient, staff is friendly. Walls do have cracks and could use some cosmetic work. Definitely will stay again when visiting family in the area.

This property did not live up to reviews. Two lams did not function due to electric sockets didn’t work. Remote for tv didn’t work. Two blow dryers later didn’t work due to malfuncting circuits.

Only 2 negatives. Was only 2 washcloths and 3 bath towels. I'll ask for more. Looks like someone squirted ketchup on the wall above the couch. Not a lot, 2 blobs. Water pressure for shower was great, grandkids enjoyed the pool. No other complaints. I'll definitely stay again.👍

One towel shy
Everything was wonderful at the hotel except one slight dilemma. A sign in the bathroom in our room said there are pool towels at the pool, not to take the room towels to the pool. There were pool towels the first two days of our stay but none the third & when I went to the front desk dripping wet the gentleman said we don’t have any towels available. After a few words he handed me two hand towels but they were not enough to dry off with.
