"My first time visiting Chicago and i actually meant to select the Royal Sonesta downtown i didnt know there were two locations however the river north location was great! The location was very convenient i didn’t have to uber much. The room was great. They let me do a courtesy late check out and i paid for an additional hour. I definitely recommend! "

"Hotel room was great and clean. Room service menu was very limited, so we went down to the brunch restaurant. The checkout time was late so that helped. I reserved a city view, but the view wasn’t great from 15th floor. Requested to move to different room and the moved us on 23rd floor. View was better from there."
