"Mrs. Marguerite and the entire staff were exceptional with customer service. The outdoor pool was so inviting and clean as well as the breakfast which was always fresh and delightful!!! The room was well stocked maintained and refreshed daily. I was pleased with the spa and my overall experience with Rabot Hotel Chocolat and all of the Saint Lucia excursions during my honeymoon trip."

"As a couple review of the Green Fig the views were breathtaking, the staff was extremely providing and friendly, fantastic food and very easy to acquire taxis through the hotel for excursions and travel. Our room was cleaned daily and we received new large water bottles daily as well. The location is also perfect, 10 minute drive to sugar beach and 10-15 minutes away from all of the recommended restaurants and site seeing including the Sulphur springs, tet Paul hike, and botanical gardens! They also allow you to rent snorkeling gear for 10 dollars each which is great compared to beach vendors. Overall would recommend to anyone wanting to visit St.lucia!"

"My stay was a 10/10 experience. I absolutely loved my room—it had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The property was consistently clean, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff truly made my stay special. They made me feel like I was at home away from home. Every morning, my housekeeper would chat with me, ask about my plans for the day, and offer recommendations for places to visit. When I returned from my excursions, she always asked about my experiences and genuinely seemed interested in how my day had gone. She reminded me of my aunt and made me feel like family. The view from my room was breathtaking. I had my own private terrace where I could sit, enjoy my meals, and take in the beautiful scenery. The beach was practically on the property, so there was really no need to leave the hotel if all you wanted was a relaxing beach day. I also loved the traditional Saint Lucian décor throughout the room. It gave the space character and made me feel more connected to the local culture. The hotel's restaurant was excellent—the food was delicious, and the staff provided outstanding service. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay, which meant a lot to me. I will definitely be returning to Saint Lucia, and without a doubt, I will be staying here again. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent location. 45 minutes transfer from UVF International Airport. 15 minutes drive to Soufrière town, Gros Pitón, Sugar Beach, Sulphur Springs. 25 minutes drive to a must see Anse Chastanet beach. Accommodation. I stayed in a hilltop shabby chic style cottage with a plunge in pool. It’s all you need and more - a deck with two lounge chairs and a couch complimented by a stunning rainforest view. The chic is getting a tard shabby - I hope the resort will renovate at some point. I don’t recall I’ve seen the plunge in pool being cleaned. The hilltop is windy and drops foliage into it - hard to catch up with cleaning, however, if the cottage was equipped with pool skimmer net, it would be helpful. Amenities - very well maintained. Beautiful territory-you don’t need a tour to Diamond Botanical Gardens, you stay in one. Customer service. Exceptional. Special thanks to the Front Desk ladies - Feresia and Albertha - for answering my numerous questions, booking all my tours and island transportation, including airport transfer. Practical tips. Standard power outlet is type G, 3-pin rectangular plug. Bring adopters if you are a non-UK visitor. Tropical rainforest comes with mosquitoes and symphony orchestra of nocturnal creatures. Mosquitoes are supposedly active at dusk and dawn. My experience- they are active 24/7. Do not step out without repellent on. Use bed mosquito screen. Bring plug in mosquito traps and after bite ointment. Check your end-tables for ear plugs, unles"

"We had a wonderful stay! The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning scenery and breathtaking views that made our visit truly special. The surroundings were peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything about the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The only suggestion I would make is to add full-length mirrors to the rooms, as this would be a helpful addition for guests. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay here again."

"My stay at La Haut was great! The room was very spacious with amazing views of the bay and the pitons. The resort was conveniently located close to attractions like the waterfall and Sulphur Springs. I got the chance to meet the owner Joe, and he was very welcoming at his house in the resort where the infinity pool with the views of the pitons was. Joe was very friendly, and after a random invitation, I spent more than half of a day there laughing, cracking jokes and enjoying some drinks with him and his friends! I recommend this resort to anyone who wants to stay in Soufriere! Find attached some pictures I took with my drone!"
