Booked room when I got there it wasn’t available went outside for a min and when I came back room door wouldn’t open had to wait on someone to fix it

Terrible is an understatement. Let's start with how dirty the rooms are... There was a used qtip on the floor under the sink. There were someone else's hair strands all over the bathroom, sink, towels... Gross! It looked like our room carpet has not been vacuumed in decades as we kept on seeing food particles all over. Elevators - there are 4, but they get stuck if there are more than 5 people in them or they reset as someone gets off and you have to rush to repress the numbers, otherwise you will be riding somewhere else. Oh and they also charge you $14 nightly to park your car... And that is after you have to shlepp your luggage down the stairs from whichever floor you are on, because the wait for the elevator is over an hour... Let me put it this way... This hotel is in major need of some tender love and care! So disappointing! Definitely not what you expect from Hilton.

The electrical room in every floor is very noisy and this noise is all night. We switched 4 rooms and same issue. The room is not clean and dirty and everything is dusty. The best thing in the hotel is the lobby area and the night time receptionist. She is very helpful and she tried to do everything to get me a room with no noise. I don’t know but Hilton is not as before. We will never book there again.

Hotel lobby is beautiful. The rest of it could use some updates. Our room had a thermostat, but it did not work. Temp was constantly reverted back to 69 overnight (it is February) and we were very cold. Not typically somebody at the front desk, had to wait around for somebody to come out of the back room they have. Toilets are SO loud, and so are the vent systems in the room.

The stay here was great, the hotel is nice and clean and staff were very helpful. Only downfall for me was that the hot tub was under maintenance which was not advertised and I specifically chose this hotel because it offered the hot tub option.

Perfect for a quick visit.
Just a quick overnight stay. All was good. Room could use an upgrade, large water stain on furniture, showerhead very weak, small other things. Service was excellent. Everyone is friendly.

The stay was fine but the hotel is dated. Small things like no shelves for soap/shampoo in the shower. Check in and front desk staff excellent. Starbucks expensive.

This was by far one of the worst hotel stays. The beds do not even have fitted sheets !!! Or so I was told. The room was horribly hot and would not cool down, there was blood on the door and on the mattress protector. Horrible horrible place

It’s a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and kind. The hotel room was decent. There was an old wet towel smell in the bathroom and the light fixtures were old and rusty. Definitely could use some upgrades. Other than that it was a nice hotel stay.

This is my favorite place to stay when traveling to the area for concerts at Starland Ballroom. The lobby is absolutely stunning and everything is exceptional. The beds are very comfortable and every room I have stayed in has had a great view. My only negatives would be that the lighting in the rooms is outdated and on the duller side. Also the parking fees are excessive when you’re already a paying guest. Overall an excellent experience every time!
