Not once did we nor any of our guests have a safety related issue outside the hotel or in the near vicinity! Don't be confused by some of the rundown buildings and houses nearby! Judging by your Slavic name I am pretty sure you are quite familiar with what pace are public areas modernized in the cities on the Balkans.
