"Check in was at 4 pm. We were told at 3:30 that our room wouldn’t be ready for HOURS. Mind you we had dinner reservations at Amada there for 5:15 and a 7 pm show at Hard Rock. We had to change in the car! We asked if we could take any other kind of room or if there was something they could do, but no help at all. When we finally got into the room, it was nice but not nearly what I expected for the price. One bed was missing the stool at the end of the bed (one bed had it). The body wash dispenser was broken and they don’t provide any other products but a mini lotion and hand soap so I couldn’t wash by body. Had leftovers and a fridge but no microwave. Beautiful shower but the water pressure could have been better. You only get so many hours in a hotel room and when you lose them and then it’s not perfect, after the price you pay, it’s quite disappointing. And of course being a casino/ resort everything is separate so don’t expect a breakfast. We wanted room service but nothing was provided in the room. We saw carts for other rooms however. Don’t pay for parking when you arrive either… pay before you leave. We thought we had to leave a ticket in the car to avoid any problems. Our paid ticket expired. Plus we paid full price when it’s cheaper AFTER you get a players card. So get your card first! No one was very accommodating or helpful. It’s a nice place but misses so many marks."
