Great service, they upgraded my room size. Happy the freezer in the min fridge was larger than normal. Easy to uber around and this place is closer to the train station than I thought. It is nice to have a restaurant at the top also with good food and nice staff. Get the breakfast also in the mornings.

The staff were great and friendly. The WiFi in my room did not work properly i only got signal in half of my room and so I had to rely on data mostly. My room card stopped working TWICE in a 4 night stay and had to have reception re-scan the card. That wasn't uncommon either because I met other people who had that same issue. Other than that it was high quality with lots of amenities.

worst overnight stay ever
My booking was transferred to Hotel Diament Vacanza, which is a much lower standard hotel. I only found out about it when I arrived at the hotel. I have not received price compensation. I have terrible experience after staying in this hotel

Śniadanie w cenie 70 zł to jakieś nieporozumienie. Nie warte nawet 20 zł. Druga sprawa to parking hotelowy w cenie 50 zł - czy wszyscy już totalnie poszaleli? Nawet w Niemczech parkingi hotelowe są tańsze!

It is a nice place to stay for a coupe of days. Quite close to the city center. Uber was always 5 min away. Hotel restaurant is very good. Quite spacious too. Overall, the hotel feels quite safe. Carpeting is not new. It can be a bit noisy from the other room neighbors.

Positive experience
Stayed at this hotel for a short business trip. The rooms are spacious and clean. Descent breakfast. The location is a bit far away from the historic center but a quiet neighbourhood.

Park Hotel Diament
Hotel room was large and comfortable. However my room for three nights was not serviced at all so the small bin was overflowing, and the tea/coffee/water wasn't replenished. In my room the WiFi was weak to non existant. There is some noise from busy road nearby. The hotel is about a five minute walk from the tram stop with a frequent service to city centre and station with five minute journey time. I probably wouldn't stay at the hotel again.

Room is very clean and comfortable
This hotel is at a good location, about 10 minutes walk to city center. The room is clean and comfortable. Service is good. As for the food I like the breakfast. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay in Park Hotel Diament Katowice.

The hotel was convenient as it was next to the motorway. It has a good gym / sauna area, a nice restaurant on the top floor, and small bar on the ground floor. the room was clean and comfortable.

Not Great but Not Bad Either
The service was polite and professional, and the room was clean. The housekeeping service was tactful and efficient. The breakfast spread was pretty good and reasonably priced. However, the one drink I got in the hotel bar cost as much as the entire breakfast which seems a bit disproportionate. The air-conditioning did not work effectively. It was very hot and muggy making it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in the room. A maintenance worker had a look at the air conditioning unit; he claimed it was working fine but acknowledged that it wasn't actually effective at keeping the room cool. There was a nice espresso machine in the room., but there were no coffee beans when we arrived. After two requests to get some coffee beans, they were provided once but were never again replenished during our three night stay. All in all it wasn't a great stay, but it wasn't bad either.

OVERRATED, EXPENSIVE
This is NOT a four-star hotel, far from it. And it was hugely, hugely overpriced. While the room is a three-star hotel room, the bathroom deserves two stars, no more. The elevators are slow. The reception area is awful. The breakfasts are nice, however. And so is the staff.

Overall an ok stay. Really nice staff
It was a good stay. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. It also has a grocery store nearby (3min walk). The only problem was the wifi, it would just constantly drop and the signal never was strong.

About 20 minutes walk to center of Katowice. An Alma supermarket in 3 minutes walking distance. Almost no other restaurant bar shop near by. Good for people with car since it's just near by highway and have plentiful parking spaces. but not recommend traveler without car since it really took a bit walk to city centre and back. You can ask for taxi to city centre about 10pln/ 2.5euros

disappointing with potential to be good
I did not think that a couple of the reception staff were very helpful in fact they were downright rude. I paid for two nights prior to arriving yet on the second day i was locked out of my room having returned to the hotel with shopping bags i had to traipse down to reception for them to unlock my key and ask how many nights i was staying i asked them if there was a problem with my booking and was rebuked for having asked. there are limited facilities at the hotel not a computer or printer i needed to print out a ticket and was basically told tough luck. Menu in the restaurant was pretty limited and freezing I informed the waitress that the air conditioning was very cold and she said "i know"

I booked into this festival as I was attending a festival nearby. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Katowice up a hill, it is just beside the motorway and is geared more towards business travellers than tourists. Hotel bar did not open until 5pm on Friday nights. Room was fine, though as others have reported the bed is a bit hard but not too bad. Wi-fi connectivity was excellent in room and food and service in restaurant was great. There are no shops or bars in the immediate vicinity of hotel. Eventhough its beside the motorway, my room was very quiet and air con was excellent.

If you like golf or want to try golf then this is the place for you as it has an excellent golf simulator. Bring your clubs. Breakfast was extensive but could be improved but other means were good and I ate the best steak I have had in years.

The hotel is a short walk from town and although its next to the motorway its very quiet, there isnt much immediately around the hotel in terms of bars and restaurants but the old town is only a 10 minute walk away, the hotel is in great condition and the bar and restaurant are excellent and not expensive, I would recommend a stay at this hotel if staying in Katowice.

Confortable Business Hotel
The Hotel was well signposted and location was easy to find from the motorway. The location was excelent with motorway access only 2 minutes from the hotel. Access to the city centre was also easy. The hotel was clean, well maintained, the staff were very pleasant and willing to help with all requests, both hotel and non hotel related. The breakfast was good with a both hot and cold options, and the hotel menu was comprehensive. House keeping was well above average, they pay close attention to the needs of the customer, sometimes leaving extra towels or extra cosmetics. And really cleaning the room on every visit. I will definatly add this hotel to one of my prefered choices when visiting katowice on busines sor pleasure.
