Marriott Cafe - International cuisine. Renovated in 2012, Marriott Cafe specializes in buffet fare championing a “Freshness Redefined” concept where 10 chefs take centrestage at an open kitchen to serve up a highly curated menu of quality dishes from the East and West. With a number of premium imported products, the buffet offers Slow Roasted Prime Ribs and other roasted meats at the Beech Oven; authentic Tianjin (天津) delicacies including live pulled noodles; an extensive grill menu; local dishes such as Chili Crab, and a large selection of oysters, snow crabs, crayfish and prawns at the Seafood Station. Crossroads Cafe - International cuisine.
