It is clear that the hotel is catered predominantly to short-stay clientele. That is fine for what it is, but not so great for someone looking for a regular room.

The shower had good pressure. The hotel was very dirty, with hookers turning tricks in the hallways and the cleaning staff did not clean

My room type was different than original booking. Property very old. Bed was very uncomfortable rand no hot water mention on their site. Worst stay experience in Singapore. Country with pretty high standards at minimum. Don't book or stay here it is not worth it. I was very disappointed about the whole stay. I called expedia and complaint not willing to compansate for the service.

Water dripping through the ceiling causing it to start to collapse reported it and given towels to dry the floor. No repairs attempted. Horrible mirrored walls. Cramped room. Glad to keave

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Tiny room, no storage space. Not very clean. Uncomfortable bed. This is a budget hotel in a working class neighborhood, not too far from a subway station.

my company extended my stay till Oct 5. and paid everything. when i was about to check out the receptionist asked me to pay 1night overstayed. they dont allow me to checkout so i paid and told my HR on monday 07/10. My HR told me that comoany fully paid till Oct5. so my HR travel to the hotel to ask for reimbursement but the receptionist keep insisting 1 stay for 17night from 19 Sept - 05 and we pay only 16nights. Your receptionist dont know how to count. very troublesome for my company and your receptionist didn’t even apologies. He just give the money and took back the receipt.

The staffs are excellent and very helpful. The hotel is very convenient as the resturant is just one step away. Getting to other places is easy ad the taxi is always available at any time.

Uncomfortable mattress. Ok to stay for a night.
Mattress was too hard which causes back ache. Room was too old and small. Overall for the price is probably to be expected
