We liked the room , but check in took longer than anticipated with only 1,person doing this when we arrived at 5.30pm local time. There was also no information provided on the hotel facilities and services available, when checking in , or where to find it.

Nice hotel and convenient location for an overnight airport connection. I was worried about arriving after midnight, and wanted to be sure there was 24hr check in. Property did not respond to emails prior to arrival nor did did they answer the phone the night of arrival. I took a taxi to the hotel anyway to find staff in place and kindly handled my late check in. Everything except communication was great.

Hotel is far from downtown and the Marina, but is located within walking distance to a shopping mall and many food options. A nice hotel to spend the night, very clean, and close to the airport. Highly recommended.
