The staff could not find my booking. I was tired after a 16 hours flight, and offered to pay cash to book another room, she then asked me to have a seat and rest while she contact the booking agency for me. Thanks for her help, I did not have to make the walkin booking.

DO NOT Stay Here!!!
Do Not Stay Here , faded dirty dangerous bad smell , smokers everywhere, staff cheated me that assigned a Mini room (150sq ft) room number 919 for me , but in fact I paid a Superior double room (269 sq ft) I called hotels.com twice but no help . Stay other hotels , it’s the worst of the worst hotel ! The staff was Rude and did Not speak English, it’s very frustrated! Hotels.com please investigate this Worst hotel !

Outdated but the price is low with good services!
The hotel is very old and needs some updates. The location is very good for people who are traveling through bus. train and subway in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The price is reasonable and the front desk is very helpful.

Room is ok, except the mattress is very thin, cleanliness is acceptable, staff are ok. If the customer is not a fussy type, this is definitely not a bad choice. Close to the MRT, and Louhu Shopping Mall, boarder of HK, can't ask for more.

Old, dated, dirty hotel
The male counter staff was rude and impatient when we asked him more questions. This hotel needs refurbishment, the paint on the wall are peeling off. The wash basin had smells like sewage pipe when not in use. Carpet in room is dirty and needs cleaning. I would not walk on it without my shoes. There is no daily housekeeping as mentioned in the booking site. They merely fold the bedsheets back and provided another set of towels. That's it.

Great A/C in room, was worrying about the room temperature due to negative reviews on site, but found the centralized A/C was cooler than expected while sizzling hot outside. Water pressure too low during shower.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed
We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 1 nite and we were back to the same hotel to stay for snother 2 nites after our guangzhou trip. Bed is as hard as rock and 4 of us cant sleep properly throughout the stay and it wasn't clean well and i have rashes after staying there. A lady staff who seems like a supervisor or senior was bossy and unfriendly not only to the staff but also to customers. The only plus point of this hotel iz that it is near to subway n train station to/fro guangzhou. Will never stay there again.

The room seriously needed work done to it, paint falling off the walls, shower tiles we old, only thing new in it was the bedding, the hand basin and the toilet. The bed was hard. Too many people around trying to push you into there shops, no mater how many times you said no and the "working ladies" were just up the walk way that you had to use to get to the main train station always offering "massage" The surrounding area was dirty and run down. The only thing nice was the A/C in the main entry way which was very pleasing and modern, None of the staff spoke English, so a translator program is very handy on your phone. Wifi kept cutting out too. And for 200rmb a night I expected something a bit better.

This is my third visit to this Hotel. Location is adjacent with Luohu Train & bus station. Very cheap and easy to go every where .The price you pay is just for sleeping purpose. Hotel is just opposite the train station and the subway, the bus station is also within this area. It is within walking distance to cross the border between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Plenty restaurant and shopping center around this area. This is a business hotel, you only stay for sleep. Friendly and helpful staffs and free internet connection (litle bit slow).

It's my second time at this hotel - the location ROCKS! right beside louhu port, so for a guy like me who is always using the metro as my base and going to LongGang, GuangZhou and DongGuan by rail, it's awesome. The first time out there it was ok, I thought I got a bad room, but the location made it work for me. The second trip the room was eve worse, I'm familiar with hard Chinese beds, but that bed was horrible, I had to get a massage the next morning to put my back together again. I'm also not a fan of needing to bring my own soap.

C'est regrettable!
Si les chambres offrent un confort acceptable, le personnel de la réception a un accueil qui laisse à désirer. En effet, à l'arrivée dans l’hôtel vous ne trouvez aucun bagagiste (Captain Bell) pour vous aider à aménager vos affaires dans votre chambre et pire, une fois que le "PASS" de votre chambre a été initialisé on vous le remet sans aucune explication ni assistance. De plus, à chaque fois que vous leur demandez une information, le personnel de l'accueil vous répond par "NO ENGLISH". C'est dommage pour un hôtel de ce rang!

他の方のレビューに記載があるように、利点は羅湖口岸に非常に近い（但し、大きな荷物がある旅行ではホテル前のエスカレータが狭いので注意が必要）残念な点は①ベッドが硬い②冷蔵庫はあったが、壊れて使えなかった事です。１泊でかつ翌日羅湖から香港へ出る前泊場所として利用するなら非常に良いと考えます。

最大的优势就是靠近罗湖口岸，进出香港都非常方便，而且价格不贵
整体印象还不错，酒店的优势在于靠近罗湖口岸进出香港比较方便，缺点就是没有免费早餐，而且客房里的冰箱也不够制冷，最大的问题是插牌取电，如果客人暂时离开几个小时，那么冰箱里存放的东西会因为断电不能保存。
