When I arrived at the hotel by a taxi, I had trouble with paying the driver as I only had a credit card which was not an acceptable method. One of the hotel staff helped me with the payment! I really appreciated it. Many of the staff members didn’t speak English, but they were so courteous and very helpful. The hotel was gorgeous. The hotel room was spacious. I liked it very much.

very good hotel however bit inconvenient for food
the Hotel is new and very nice, however not many places round for food. Have to find a taxi every time when go for restaurant or for general shopping.

Good stay
It was an okay stay. Nothing out of the ordinary. The room is large and comfy. Service was fine and breakfast was okay. For a business week this hotel is sufficient.

Breakfast is below average, restaurant is way below average, untrained server, and charging 15% service by default. Why should I pay service for repeatedly changing choices due unavailability and 30 min wait for an easy manu item?

Good breakfast. Nice onsite Chinese restaurant. Sufficient room space. Prompt and friendly service. Not located in a busy business area but do have a few restaurants several blocks away and a supermarket within 10 min drive.

Some of our family members met up here. Close to local address of son and family. Starbucks close by - great!

DO NOT RECOMMEND
One of the worst hotel I stayed. I was put into a smoking room although I booked a non-smoking room. The reception told me that as I did not indicate my preference, they put me in smoking room by default (ridiculous!!!). I booked a cab on the front desk but my booking was not made. There is a very tiny gym in this hotel with 2 treadmills and some weights.

Close to Pudong residential area
Close to Pudong International airport. Short walking distance to local restaurants but longer walk to subways. (about 30 minutes walk) In China, the scales is way larger than we anticipated. It is best to take a short cab ride before using subway systems.

Jiayou Grand Park Shanghai - December 2015
This is a very nice hotel that caters to Westerners and Chinese. It's formal and well designed, giving the impression of a five star hotel. Overall things were fine, but a few minor quibbles: the staff could be a little more friendly and positive. While certainly not rude, they were perfunctory and would respond to requests but without necessarily going out of their way to assist guests. Breakfast decent but pricey. Again, wait and kitchen staff were available but did not seem too helpful or friendly toward guests. Overall, a very nice place located in the busy Golden Bridge area that provides a comfortable stay but not a super quality of service for what you pay a night.

Away from main thoroughfare but good value.
Hotel is out of main town and you need taxis to get around. Metro is good by nearest station is 25 minutes walk. Don't bother paying for breakfast as it is not worth it. Starbucks is 15 minutes walk.

Was in town for Expo. About 15 taxi to expo center w/o traffic. Place had a nice euro feel and service was ok. Had a non smoking floor, but AC brought smoke in the room hard to sleep for non smoker. No much to do around the hotel, cannot walk anywhere near.

Close to Subway, great staff.
Everything you want in a hostel, clean, friendly, helpful, close to the subway. A good bar, wifi and information, staff were always happy to recommend excellent eateries and things to do and how to get there. Was made to feel part of the family. Highly recommended.

Besides having a very nice staff, this hotel stays far from the city center in a not attractive neigborhood. The hotel is old and the room smells cigarettes.

Relatively good
Though not an international brand, this hotel suffices for business trips to Jinqiao. It is somewhat removed from "town" so taxis are the only way to get around but are plentiful so not a problem. The hotel staff spoke minimal English but did their best.

The hotel was overall good. The restaurant was very expensive, almost a rip off. They even charge for a cup of coffee with your breakfast. Very far from downtown. Not too much shopping or restaurants around, unless you enjoy walking.

Hotel auf den ersten Blick sauber und gut. Leider war im Bad auf den Fliesen Schimmel und die Dusche war überhaupt nicht dicht. Man hat beim Duschen das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Ds Essen konnte man gerade so essen.

Als Business Hotel für ein paar Tage ok
Typisches Business Hotel, praktisch, passabel gelegen. Ca. 10min Laufen bis zur nächsten U-Bahn Station, Taxis normalerweiser innerhalb von 5-10min vor der Tür. Diverse, auch westliche, Restaurants in 15 bis 20min Laufentfernung. Frühstück ist mittelmäßig, auf die Dauer etwas eintönig. Der Service ist gut. Zimmer und insbesondere Bäder könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.

Sehr nützliches und effizientes Businesshotel. Durch die neue U-Bahn Linie ist der ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer brauchen eine Renovierung.

立地は良くない。部屋は広くビュッフェ朝食は良し。
レセプションにスタッフが少なくチェックイン対応に時間が掛かりました。結構部屋単価が高い予約でしたが、本館から結構離れた別館で手配された。別館の作りが悪く、特に玄関が非常に狭く入ってからも狭い廊下なので安物感がありました。しかし、部屋は結構広く、ベッドもキングサイズでゆったりできました。初日にシャンプーがなく、間違ってバス用入浴剤が二つあった。朝のビュッフェは結構よかった。

お薦めしないホテル
部屋の掃除は手抜きとしか言いようがない程度の汚れ様でした。バスローブには女性と思われる長い髪の毛がまとわりついていたりして、残念ながら次回以降このホテルには宿泊しません。
